    My credit card has been charged $39.99 on 8/31. I don't even remember ever ordering anything from this company but apparently I did on 8/10/25. I just got a new computer and cannot find the order in my old mail files, so I don't even know what it was. They sent an email to log in to my account and I don't have a password and have requested a reset SEVERAL times with no success. Now I see here from other people, that the charge is a monthly thing? That they snuck into the agreement and I didn't see it.

    I ordered their anti-snoring device and some accessories and it did not work for me. I requested to return for a refund and they told me there are no returns until after 21 days. So I tried for the 21 days and it still didn't work for me so requested the refund for the device and the accessories. For my "benefit" and not dealing with the hassle of returning the items they offered me a refund of 50% on the device, $33.24, and 25% on the accessories, $24.99. I accepted and received emails stating the refunds were processed. That was at the end of April 2025. It is now the end of June and there have been no refunds credited to the 2 different accounts I used to purchase these products.I continually email them regarding my complaint and continue to be told the problem is not on their end and that the refunds were processed. I have checked with both my financial institutions of the credit cards I used and neither has seen the expected refunds. At this point I believe this company is a complete scam and should be prosecuted.

    Purchase product on May, 2025. 30 days later started to receive membership fee for $39.99 a month. Was billed for June 17 2025 and caught this. I never requested this transaction or was asked to subscribe to a monthly plan, I only wanted the product that does not work. I contacted the credit card company for fraud and will dispute the charge with *****, nowhere on the site or order did it alert me of a monthly charge, as for the device it does not charge up and I have another ticket with the company for this issue. Very deceptive practice by the company to do this.

    Purchase product on Feb. 19, 2025. 30 days later started to receive membership fee for $39.99 a month. Was billed for March 12 and April 12, 2025. I never requested this transaction or was asked. Plus the product I purchased does not work that I paid. $70.00 for. The entire site is misleading to the consumer. I put a block on the monthly fee with my Amex card. You can see when you ****** this company there are many same complaints.
