    I am filing a complaint against **** Professional Cleaning Services, which I believe is engaging in fraudulent and unethical business practices in connection with *******************, the management company for my former apartment complex.I was provided documents from my apartment manager and her supervisor stating that **** Cleaning Services came to inspect and could not clean my carpet. However, the document they provided appeared suspicious it had **** logo but included handwritten dates and statements with no signature or company **************** verify this, I directly contacted **** Professional Cleaning Services myself. I sent them the exact same photos that my management company had claimed showed carpets that could not be cleaned. **** replied by email confirming that they could clean the carpet and even provided a price quote.This directly contradicts the documents provided by the property management, which suggests that either falsified or altered cleaning reports are being used to justify keeping tenants security deposits. I believe **** Cleaning Services is working with ******************* to create or approve fake or misleading cleaning reports for financial gain.I request that this matter be investigated for possible fraud, document falsification, and deceptive business practices. I am happy to provide copies of all emails, photos, and documents as evidence.
