I could not find the ***** location. So I'll leave this comment here. Patriot of Tulsa is the worst. I financed a vehicle that started smoking and needed a new motor 3 weeks after I got it. Problems every 2 weeks. They don't care. I asked for my money back before a month they refuse. I could go on about the car problems and the poor customer service skills all day. I will be speaking with a lawyer about this lemon of a car

They deserve a -0. They scammed me into a contract taking advantage of a single woman who had Covid brain at the time. They lied to me and on the application saying my income was way more than my W2 said. They put the total purchase price way over their asking price as well as the payment way more than what was agreed upon AND refused to put my boyfriend on the loan/title and he is the one paying for it. told us to refinance lying and hiding the truth yet again. I want OUT of any business with these scammers!!!! And shame on them especially **** in finance for being a liar yet making sure you place a Bible on your desk! Shame on you!!!!

Mails out scratch off tickets and lures people into the dealership by convincing them they've won a prize. There's even a hotline number that you enter your "unique"code and tells you "you're a winner". This is a well known ploy to convince people to come to the dealership. You didn't win a $5k prize, however it's worded very carefully to excite and mislead. It's an abhorrent practice and those using it should be named, shamed, and shunned.

My review is for the Patriot Store in Tulsa Ok
I had service dept diagnose what was wrong with my car. They wanted too much to fix it $8000 for a transmission. So, I was looking at a car and ended up buying it. After the paperwork was done, I realized they didn't give me anything for my not running car. So Kellen ******* told me they did give me a $2000 but it just wasn't on paper, the car was 18,800 and he told me without my trade in it would have been $20800 . So I had a trade in why didnt I get the car for 16,800? The car was listed for $18800 on the website but he said it is in fine print on the website saying no trade in it would be 20,800. I didn't see that fine print anywhere so he made up what he could to pacify me. He took advantage of me (A woman and a senior citizen) He owes me my old car back, but he won't. He did offer me $500 only to make me shutup!! I didnt take it. I called a different store and asked them if the price they put on the web site is what the customer get and he said yes. Their patriot pledge to the customer it isn't free you have to buy those things. I'm sure I can come up with more but I'm done.

On 5/13/2023, we went to Patriot Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Pryor to look at trading in our Honda and purchasing a used car they had. In the discussion, Bolt and his manager (name unknown) pulled an Experian AutoCheck report on our car using the VIN number and stated the report said the car had been overturned, had structural damage and had airbags deployed. I told Bolt that that report must be inaccurate as there had only been 2 owners (me and my father-in-law) and I knew the other owners, who were in their late 70s when they owned the car and I would’ve known if there was a rollover. He insisted that it was in the report.
We left because the amount they offered for the trade in was far lower than what it was worth. He did offer to look at the car (we didn’t drive that car to the dealership) and we were considering bringing it back.
My husband did a thorough inspection of the car when we got home and found our car had all original glass, all original doors with all the original VIN stickers, indicating it was likely not overturned nor had structural damage. We deduced maybe my car was secondarily involved in an accident where there was a rollover and that there must be an error in the report.
I called Experian AutoCheck yesterday (5/15/2023) to inquire about how to initiate an appeal to a report. After looking up the VIN number himself, he stated there was no report of a rollover, overturning or deployment of airbags associated with my VIN number.
It is highly unethical for Patriot to knowingly lie to customers about what is in a paid car history report. If they want to offer a low price, fine, but be honest about it. This is a terrible business practice.

I drove 2 hours to look at a car which they knew I was coming to look at, they even pulled it around front for me. We get there and see the car so we walk over to it only to see that it had been in a wreck the night before. Which thats not a huge deal, maybe the salesman was just not informed. But I’m driving 2 hours to come buy a car from you the least you can do is do a walk around. Not only was it in a wreck but it was filthy on the inside, crumbs and dirt in the floorboard and the cup holders there was even an inhaler and deodorant stick sitting in the passenger seat. But the big kicker is, they wouldn’t go down in price a dollar because they weren’t gonna put it on carfax that it was in a wreck so the value wouldn’t go down in price, if anything they said they would up the price and add the repair costs!! I DO NOT recommend this dealership.

They do not need to advertise and be proud to be veteran owned and operated. I am a veteran and trusted them to do the best business for me, it is one of the reasons I went. They sold be a Truck for 40,000 it is valued at 23,000. I was told it was because of the market. Every place I have went to try and get out from under this said I was taken advantage of. I am ashamed of Patriot for doing this to a fellow Vet. You should not be allowed to advertise anything to do with Veterans and you **** sure are not Patriots.

I am sorry to hear of your frustration with your purchase. It appears you are unhappy with your current vehicle and the trade values you are being offered by other dealers. We would be more than willing to make an attempt to trade you out of your current vehicle while being much more aggressive on your current vehicle's trade value than the other dealers. It is always our attempt to work with all customers in an attempt to ensure their satisfaction. Once again, I am sorry to hear of your frustration and we would love to help how we can.
