  We exceeded the amount of characters allowed so I went in and saved the complaint in a word document and uploaded it. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as we have tried everything we can and between **** and ****** not doing the work in a ******* like manner their ******** actions has made it even more difficult to reason with them. I have gone in and tried to label as much as I could. Texts between ** and **** I labeled as Text with **** 1,2,3,etc.. I am unable to upload anymore. Please reach out at ************ as I would like to be able to discuss this further. I look forward to hearing from you. Also please let me know if you are unable to open anything. We have more pictures, videos of all the damages as well as texts but it will not let me upload no more.

  ******************* has received the insulation & invoice as originally proposed & agreed to.  We installed the cellulose wet spray (wet-blown applied with water).  There was no damage to the materials at his house. At no time did I tell ********************* would insulate his attic for free.  There is no reason for me to deduct anything off my bill.  He has now accrued 2 months of interest that I would be willing to deduct if he would pay the bill.

  When me and **** spoke the day he came out, he said it would take him about 2 days to spray the walls. It took over 3 months. I told him I wanted the garage sprayed. The only thing that was in the air was the garage door being insulated, so Im not sure why hes acting like he did me a favor by taking something off for the garage when the garage was in fact in the original quote! We also talked about water being used for the insulation. He said the floors would get damp, the floors had water on them for days! I had to buy a shop fan and leave the windows open as much as I could. This was during the high temps of summer. Thats how much water he used. I asked him about it and he told me it was because the new part he got for his sprayer, he just has to get it adjusted properly.
  

  If I knew they wouldve taking 3 months on a 2 day job, and did such poor work.. I would not have hired him!

  We initially proposed to insulate the house attic & house walls of two-story house.  Since this appears to be the complaint portion where they want money off.  The garage was never decided on so it was never included.  The proposal has 2-story checked & square footage at the House square footage line while the Garage square footage line is left blank. 5/27 was the start date with a date of completion as 7/29.  Due to materials not drying from the house only being opened a couple hours here & there kept us from spraying many days & we kept voicing our concern that it needed left open to dry, they only have one leg of power which is very rare (we even bought 2 generators to combat this issue), This did not allow our equipment to move as fast as wed like, & there were many of those days were 100 outside & even hotter inside with no electricity, this too contributed to more delays from shortened days.  On 7/2 we gave them $300 free for the garage walls but did not agree to do any of the attic for free.  We were told how far behind everything has taken, not just our trade kept them from moving in.  We are not sure what else they want deducted off their bill - we agreed to waive the additional late fees/interest & lien fee for last two months if they would pay their agreed on price of $4848.  We offered to take $4500 (another $348 off) but they didnt feel that was enough.

  We have agreed to deduct $348 off the total for their garage attic.  This would only be $275 but just trying to reach a resolution - this is why the offer for $4500 was made

  There is no separation in the attic to try and divide it off as garage attic. Its one continuous attic! They are clearly trying to find a loophole to get out of what **** said he would do.

  This is the same type of response I was getting before I was called a mental patient, all the way to having racial slurs thrown at me. Its the unprofessional ******* like manner that is getting us nowhere. We did not get the service guaranteed, they did not get the job done in the time line that was guaranteed, and to be honest only thing I received from harpers insulation was another ****** learned!
