This started in December 2021 and is yet to be resolved. I dropped off several items to be dry cleaned including two suits and two dresses. Upon pick up of my items December 17, 2021 I looked over my items and was not even informed of the damage to one of the suits at the time of pick up which is so disgusting and deceitful. I get home to put all my items away and discover there are burn holes all over my sons suit I become very upset as no one had the decency to even go over this damage with me. I call them and they instruct me to drop it off to be analyzed. I was very upset as I work 6-7 days a week and do not have time to be at this place again to drop off a suit they destroyed. My sister dropped this suit off only to be ridiculed and even laughed at by the employees for being upset they tried to hide the fact they damaged an item. The owner ***** reached out to me almost 3 weeks later only to tell me my suit has moth holes and he expressed to me in these words he didnt give a s*** about my suit and wasnt paying for it I quickly hung up as I have ****** ******* *nd this caused me to break down during my work shift. It is Now February 1, ********************************************************************************************** go by as they are very vulgar and I cannot fathom being verbally attacked by these people. As this has gone on for so long it just continues to **** on me. They damaged a $700 suit but the way they have treated me and my family is by far the worst experience Ive ever encountered with a business. I will be happy with just a text or email as I will have to request a police officer to chaperone the pick up.
