      My sister has been a patron of this establishment for over 2 years even referred our father to do business with this company But this year my sister allowed them to do her taxes and they have been refusing to give my sister her tax return documentation for the last few months finally on July 18th I went into the establishment with my sister where we were then able to obtain her paperwork. ***** had been telling my sister that she already sent her her paperwork via email and when my sister advised that she hadn't gotten the paperwork ***** stated she would not send her her paperwork until she was current on her merchandise payment although she was only behind one month and was the first time ever being late in her 2 years doing business with this company. When I asked her about this she claimed that they do not withhold anyone's paperwork ever So at that point she had to comply and give my sisters paperwork. Upon receiving the paperwork I noticed several pages were dated for July 17th of 2025 (which is also the same day we called before going to the establishment to retrieve the documents) even though my sister filed her taxes in March. We also noticed a large discrepancy between what my sister actually received in taxes and what was filed to the ***. Today July 28th my sister called to ask about the discrepancies and ***** refused to speak with my sister stating she would not speak to anyone who is hostile. There appears to be fraudulent practices going on and we are now taking next steps to notify the *** and the better business bureau.

      My father tried to finance Christmas gift from this company for my nephews, myself and brother. After being charged a ridiculous interest rate, we convinced him to refinance the loan through our local credit union at a much lower rate. Fast forward 1 year, they began call my father saying the he owes $257! My father has been making payments on time with the credit union every month. He is on a fixed income, and cant afford this to happen. The ************ said that it was probably a small amount that they let build up. My father received no calls and letters saying he owed the remaining amount. They purposely let the amount build up, for their benefit.
