Gage and Blade were friendly and professional. They came out to pump out our septic system and were very clean and tidy. They were very knowledgeable about the products that Red Dirt Septic has and what is best to use on my system. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has septic issues.

We paid Red Dirt Septic to come and pump out our septic tank. We were still having issues with our plumbing and so we called our plumber out again to come and see if there was a clog or some other issue. He couldn't find a clog. He told us that he would find someone to come and remove the lid to the septic tank to see if there was an issue coming from the septic tank into the house. When the lid was moved a little bit, it was completely full. It had been just a little over a week since Red Dirt had supposedly pumped out our 1,000 gallon tank. We called and talked with the District Sales Manager and he said that they could come back out at a discounted rate ($25 off an approximately $350 job). We told them that we were not paying them AGAIN to come back out and do the job we already paid them to do. They said we must have a leak. A leak that completely filled a 1,000 gallon tank in about 8 days with sewage? Now we have to find someone else to come and pump out our tank and pay them plus the additional 2 visits that the plumber had to come out. We had to wait almost a week for Red Dirt to come and do the job (supposedly). Now we have been inconvenienced with not having proper plumbing (toilet/showers) for almost 3 weeks! Terrible customer service!!! It would have been nice if the District Sales Manager would have at least come out and take a look and try to work something out! We have used them several times in the past and have had no problems so we expected them to do the job we hired and paid them to do satisfactorily. We will never hire them again and NEVER recommend them to anyone! Please do not waste your money and let them get paid for not doing the job they were hired to do! Save yourself the headache!

We regret there is confusion on the status and failure of your septic system. As homeowners with septic systems ourselves, we understand as much as anyone how frustrating it can be when your system is not working. But, fortunately as wastewater professionals, we know the cause behind issues and the remedy. I hope to add some clarity on this with the details of our actions below.Red Dirt Septic pumped your system on 2/3/23 at your request due to the information you provided stating you had a toilet running and your system was backing up. Our technicians were on your property for about an hour due to the time put forth to dig up your concrete slab lid. The tank was then properly pumped and documented with pictures. If your leaking toilet was not fixed inside the house, it would be expected for the tank to continue to refill on its own within a week or two. The average leaky toilet can put out 200 gallons per day into your septic system. An aging system such as yours that is 54 years old and in ************* soil would be struggling to keep up anyway, but especially if there is a leak inside the home. A normal lifespan of a septic system in good soil is ***** years. I hope this is helpful and please let us know if we can be of further assistance on this matter. You can contact our office at ************ and ask to speak with management.
