    We moved in end of September and we never had a walk through to sort out numerous issues through out the apartment. Office was notified and took weeks to resolve the issues but only certain ones we addressed were sort of fixed. Nothing was ever properly fixed. Now we are dealing with a flood in our kitchen coming from underneath the refrigerator. I reached out to management on 3/10/2025 and on 3/13 they sent two men to my house with no notice. I was not home and my dog was not secured so they could not enter the property. Moving forward I received a phone call from the new property manager ***** on 4/2/2025 asking if his workers can enter the property, again no notice. Thankfully I was home and able to secure my dog. The workers came in fixed the flood and even mentioned it went into the neighbors walls also. Workers just disappeared after they fixed the leak. I contacted ***** the new property manager and asked him what had happened to his workers. They didnt say anything and just disappeared. He told me he would give me a call back later that evening to let me know what the workers had said. I never received a call from *****. Now today 4/3/2025 I walked into my kitchen and almost slipped and fell due to a flood of water coming from underneath the refrigerator. I contacted ***** again and let him know about the flood in the kitchen and he had no answer for me and said he would call me back. I am still waiting for his call.
