    Hello,Firstly, we offer full transparency on pricing. On our social media we provide before and afters as well as the average cost per treatment and the average amount of product it took to achieve the result. Our website also has all of our prices on it as well. We always notify the patient of the price of all of the services they would be receiving, starting from the staff member who rooms the patient. If there is ever a specific budget you need to stay under, we always ask our patients to disclose that and we will always do our best to work with you to ensure you leave happy. We offer two financing options to all patients, Cherry and PatientFi, to ensure each patient has financial options, as we understand these services can be pricey. We encourage all patients to do their research on the average cost of the service you are receiving as well as the education and expertise of the provider. We never make anyone pay for their services before receiving them, unless you decide you want to. We always go above and beyond for our patients, and our 200+ 5-star reviews reflect that. We are sorry you were unhappy and did not feel comfortable to ask us additional questions prior to receiving a service. Thankfully, this is a competitive industry and patients have many options on injectors that both fit their financial and personal needs.
