  My water heater started leaking on I had this company come out and offer me a free consultation. In addition to a standard water heater, they talked to me about tankless water heaters. The gentleman that came out was extremely knowledgeable about the different tankless units and told me how much I could potentially save each year. After the gentleman left I decided to do some research on my own as well as get some other estimates. Turns out the guy knew exactly what he was talking about when it came to tankless and he gave me a very good price. The other prices I got were all quite a bit higher. Ultimately, I decided to go with the tankless. I gave them a call and they came out on that Friday and installed a Rinnai unit for me. Its been about 4 weeks since it was installed and I've been extremely impressed so far. In the past we had to wait a little bit in between showers (family of 5) for the water heater to catch up but the tankless just keeps giving us hot water without any wait. I'm very happy with the Water Heaters Plus staff from the free consultation to the install team and 'm extremely happy with the price. Overall....great job!

  Terrible installation rigged up, old parts used old drain hose. Two leaks since we had to fix with atlas REMOVED. We will never use water heaters plus again, terrible company bad installers and bad slow service.

  Best price in REMOVED. We bought the 2 of the 12 year Rheeme 50 gallon water heaters along with good brass cut off valves plus a new expansion tank for less than the big box stores wanted for the cheaper 6 year units installed.Better yet, REMOVEDwas able to come early and get the job done with minimal noise or any inconvenience to us.

  Water Heaters Plus deserves a 10 star review. Every interaction with this company has been A+. REMOVED-- all were wonderful to work with. We were in an emergency situation - right before a major holiday - requiring speedy replacement of water heater/tank. Water Heaters Plus was able to come out same day. Installer - Ekoue - is an absolute gem -- extremely knowledgable, professional and personable. He did an excellent job. Price was fair and reasonable and did not require any mandatory service plans. We met with a couple other companies - however these other companies did not have the same breadth of knowledge or expertise as Water Heaters Plus. Highly recommend Water Heaters Plus - and if you do work with them, be sure to ask for REMOVED

  Water Heaters Plus did a great job. I was looking for a tankless water heater,, but knew nothing about them. The REMOVEDcame out and inspected the install area and recommended a product. He explained the technology and the reason for switching to a tankless unit. The install crew were also great. They were here most of the day. Their work looked professional, and they cleaned up great. The entire experience was easy and professional.

  We chose Water Heaters Plus because they were straightforward and honest. We had gotten quotes from some of those big plumbing companies splashed on the internet and they only sent salespeople to our house and their quotes were super high. REMOVEDcame next day, on time and went through the tankless hot water install process, answered our questions and provided a great education about the recommended models maintenance we could do. (The other guys wanted to sell us a maintenance plan.) REMOVEDwas passionate about his experience installing hot water heaters which was nice to hear. He then gave me a quote the next day as promised. Our installers, REMOVEDand REMOVED, arrived on time and were very polite and conscientious. They got busy and it all went exactly like REMOVEDhad said it would.and we saved money vs. other company quotes.We are very impressed with Water Heaters Plus. We also agree with others that this company is a breath of fresh air. Dont hesitate to call them. They will get it done and you will be happy customer!

  Water Heaters Plus did a great job, promptly and efficiently replacing our water heater just hours after we discovered it leaking. I called and spoke with Aliena, sent her a couple of pictures and a few minutes later she sent an estimate. Jeff, the installer, was at our house a few hours later (ahead of schedule) and professionally did his work. I would definitely recommend Water Heaters Plus.

  Our water heater went out overnight and I called 3 companies the next morning and none if them would give me a quote or even an idea on what it would cost. Water Heaters Plus gave me a quote over the phone and had someone out that same day. With 3 small kids, not having hot water wasn't an option. They showed up, explained that the price needed a slight adjustment because my valve wasn't working (even showed me after they removed it), installed my heater and then cleaned everything up. They took the time to explain how my water heater works and showed me what to do if I ever had a problem with it. The work was clean, and more importantly, I had hot water again. The young man (Cameron) was so polite and friendly and took the time to answer my questions. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing a water heater.
