    I took my Honda in for service on 8/6/2022 and received the car back on 8/9/2022. A couple days after receiving the car back I noticed a big hole in my front bumper on the drivers side. The hole looked like it was melted from intense heat. The hole was not there prior to taking in in for service and is very noticeable and will depreciate the value of the car immensely . Getting it fixed would be hundreds of dollars. No one at the dealership told me about the hole or if there was any damage ***e to my car. I had my boyfriend try calling on during the week because I work 8am -5pm every weekday. He called Thursday afternoon two times. The first time he called no one answered in the service center. The second time he was told to talk to the Service Manager *****. He was told that ***** wasn’t working on Thursday and to call back tomorrow. My boyfriend called ***** Friday, no answer. My boyfriend leaves a message telling him to give him a call. ***** calls my boyfriend back twice in a span of 2 minutes but my boyfriend was unable to answer. ***** left a voicemail telling him to give him a call and left his number. The number he left wasn’t correct because it was out of service. So my boyfriend tried getting transferred to ***** 2 more times Friday and it turns out ***** left early that day. We tried calling on the weekend and was told ***** doesn’t work on weekends and that the lady on the phone will leave ***** a note to call us first thing in the morning Monday. Monday comes and no call at all. We called two more times Monday afternoon and was told ***** would be out all week and would call us back the next Monday. My boyfriend asked if they could email copies of the paperwork I signed at the dealership. They said that we would have to drive to pick up the papers in person and that they won’t send them. This has been an awful experience and I want some compensation for the damages ***e to my vehicle.

    I had purchased a Dodge caravan 2017 from this dealer. After owning the car I ended having major problems. Upon contacting the company they attempted to fix these repairs for over a week plus with major lack of communication. I brought my car into them 4 times for it to be corrected and fixed and this request was not completed. I asked myself to the service department because the front and back bumper were falling off if the car was crashed. And was given the response no. This dealer failed to disclose this information and withheld it. Secondly the car gets less than 18MPG due to break-in period of the car. This concern was also not handle correctly. The manager ***************** was extremely rude to me to the point he would not let me talk and said Im harassing him to not call his store and he will call me when he finishes paperwork regarding the outcome. His receptionist as he said gave him information regarding me which what the receptionist relayed to **** was not at all what I said I gave camera footage from my security cameras of the phone calls recorded. At this point I was extremely disrespected due to a store manager and another employee being extremely unprofessional for an example *** the store manager state the employee was upset throwing there hands in the air this is unprofessional and would be in my place of business if an employee did this action. I realized the situation was not correct and the car still had major problems even after the dealer stated they fixed it. I had them decided to pull a car fax and discovered the car was wrecked out of state. When the title was transferred to **** from ************* as *** states there was a discrepancy I had confirmed the information with Ohio and ************* title office. The discrepancy was on College hills Honda. I am extremely not satisfied due to this unsafe car was sold to me. I would like my 1,200$ deposit back from the car since *** purchased the car back. Provide all camera footage of all calls.

    This issue was resolved as we did purchase the including tax, fees and $1,200.00 deposit. Once it was all said and done we parted as friends. Sorry that happened and thank you ****** for your research on the history of the Caravan.
