    "I went in on yesterday for my first oil change and inspection I told the lady REMOVEDabout my mirror on the passenger door was loose remind you I just got the vehicle in February of this year 2024 there should not be anything loose then she said my fog lights was out I put alot of money down on this vehicle REMOVEDthen have a REMOVEDa month car note it took her from yesterday morning until today just to come back with another price on the replacement of a mirror REMOVEDand they charge REMOVEDan hour to replace the fog bulbs this is just ridiculous on their prices and respect for their returning customers I have another free oil change coming at this point I said they can keep it so went to a mechanic in the neighborhood the mirror just need to be tighten REMOVEDand they can change my oil as well that will be less than REMOVEDRouen is a joke I will let all my friends know and family I will never go back to them if I can help it also thanks REMOVEDmy sales person you know who you are right by the front door to you left you was happy to make money that day how was your steak meal on me"
