Outstanding service and workmanship from beginning to end. Sales staff are very knowledgeable but don’t pressure! Outstanding work by Feazel. My roof looks great and I have piece of mind knowing there is a lifetime work and material warranty!! Truly great job.Feazel Response

A nasty fall put me in rehab just when the roofers were scheduled to replace the roof.,including removing the solar panels, replacing the plywood, putting on the new shingles and then replacing the solar panels. I missed seeing all of that but my neighbors told me when I got back home that the workers had been efficient and did a really good cleanup when it was all done.Feazel Response

When it came time to replace our roof, we wanted to use a reputable company with a proven track record. Feazel definitely fit that description. This turned out to be a very good decision. The entire process was smooth and efficient from beginning to end. They came in with a solid plan, from staging of materials, to dealing with inclement weather, to cleanup. With the exception to cleanup and minor finish-up work, the job was completed in one day. Our sales person, Tony, stayed with us throughout the process to ensure that any problems were resolved quickly and we were satisfied with the job. I would use them again and recommend them to others.Feazel Response

We had a great experience with Feazel Roofing. The process from the inspection through the installation went smoothly. There was some damage done to a tree and they covered the cost of taking care of that. The project was done in November, which is not an optimal weather time in Ohio, but they forged ahead and did a great job.Feazel Response

Great job on the roof. The insurance company denied me twice, but Justin V. was able to get the work approved. The work was done at a vacation house, so was done without me being present. The on-site manager, Brian J., did a fantastic job of keeping me informed and sending me many detailed pictures of the progress. He even added ridge vents that weren't there which should save a lot of cooling costs in the summer. I'd recommend Feazel because quality work was done with little to no involvement on my part, including working with the insurance company (which can be a hassle).Feazel Response
