    ******* of CARE Heating & Cooling did the "tune-up" this fall for our furnace. I'm always happy to see him coming as our technician. He's serviced our A/C and furnace several times now. He is always very personable and efficient, getting right to work and does a good job. He is also good in communicating the status of our equipment and any needs or recommendations. And it was good to hear that our regular maintenance is paying off and our furnace was still in good condition and safe for this heating season. Thank you!

    Knowledgeable, Friendly and super kind. **** has been to my house a couple of times ,once when getting our new furnace and air installed and second for a yearly check up. Never leaves a mess for me to clean up. I appreciate him so much. Thank you!

    Excellent Service!We had ****** ****** from CARE Heating and Cooling perform a fall/winter maintenance and safety check on our Lennox HVAC today. Absolutely everything about todays service was outstanding. ****** arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, asked me if the system had any issues, performed the maintenance and safety check, explained the efficiency and performance of the system, totally cleaned up around the system, asked if we had any questions, and said he see us in 6 months for the spring/summer a/c system check up. Wow! Were 100% happy, satisfied and feeling safe thank to ****** from CARE Heating and Cooling.

    We had ****** out yesterday morning to give our Furance a check up for the upcoming season. As always, got a call saying he will arrive in 30 mins ..which he was right on time .. then, before he left our foyer area, he slipped on paper booties over his shoes out of consideration to our home, which was very much appreciated. ****** is so friendly and likable and knows his stuff! We always feel as though he is just taking care of us today, although Im sure he has many other customers on his work list to see. Never rushes us, will answer all our questions, and is very professional, yet friendly. We request ****** each time, as we feel we have made a connection with him when he services our air conditioner/heating units each year. As always he leaves with a handshake and says Ill be back to see you for spring/fall.((whichever one it may be ) tuneup. We will continue to stay with Care Heating And Cooling because being friendly and good **************** in addition to being knowledgeable and upfront is what sells us right away!! Good customer service is hard to find these days, so we do appreciate him. Also, when I need to call in to schedule, the representatives are very helpful and friendly as well.
