    I have invested with REPS about a little over 10 yes ago & they have been Unethical,Unprofessional, self serving & submitting false information to federal authorities, I would like you to investigate this matter & take appropriate action as their behavior is tarnishing your image to have such Businesses under your banner, I am senior citizen & I am being put through a lot of pain & suffering due to their Unethical practices.     Dear *** ***********:

    I have been retained by REPS Resource, LLC (“REPS”) for all matters relating to
    ***** ****** **** (“*****”) including now the defamatory, slanderous complaint that he
    recently filed against REPS. Please direct all future communications concerning REPS and
    ***** to my attention.

    As a preliminary (and dispositive) response to the complaint filed by *****, and as
    indicated in the complaint itself, ***** is not a customer of REPS, ***** has never been a
    customer of REPS, and the dispute with ***** does not involve any matter remotely within
    the mission or purview of the Better Business Bureau. As he indicates in his complaint, *****
    is an owner of REPS, not a customer, as he holds a small minority ownership interest in the
    limited liability company. Rather, ***** is attempting to use the Better Business Bureau to
    threat, harass, and intimidate the majority owner of the company, in an effort to have your
    organization publish his false and defamatory statements. In fact, ***** recently filed a
    nearly identical libelous accusation with the **** Civil Rights Commission.

    For these reasons, no action of any kind should be taken by the Better Business
    Bureau, other than the rejection of this baseless and slanderous complaint, which has
    nothing to do with REPS, its customers, or its services. If *** ******* “complaint” is published
    in any manner, we will immediately file an action against all persons and individuals
    involved in the publication, as we are already preparing the litigation against *** ***** for his
    prior misconduct, abuse of process, and false and defamatory statements. Please reply to
    this communication and confirm that the BBB will refrain from taking any further action or
    publishing *** ******* libelous statements.
