    Does not respect the neighboring property. Parked their trailer and materials sitting on neighbors property without any warning or consideration. Moved trailer when asked but continued to put materials on neighbors property .

    Im not exactly sure what property ************** is talking about, Im Im guessing it was a multi unit property where sometimes its hard to differ like a condo or a duplex. We do the best we can and we are sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you.*** Jilek

    Highly recommend Jilek Roofing Inc. On November 8, 2023 they did a complete roof tear off with some new sheets of wood and a gutter replacement. Great quality of work and materials with complete cleanup. They were on time, finished the roof job in one day and replaced the gutter the next day. Very good communication also!

    Jilek roofing installed a roof over our condominium last spring of 2022. Since the installation, I have had a waterfall from the roof and gutters into my landscaping. I have lost one **** and multiple flowers from the puddling and flooding. I requested **** to come out to fix the problem through my maintenance company and by contacting them myself. They did show up and after two attempts, I am still having the same issue. My next-door neighbor is also having problems because Jilek roofers pulled the top of the furnace flu off in the attic and didn't reassemble it. All of the hot air exhaust from the furnace has been blowing into his attic and not out the top of the roof as it should have been. That's causing condensation and leaking. That furnace exhaust includes carbon monoxide so it is a very dangerous situation.Inept, incompetent and unqualified.

    I am sorry she is still having the issue with the gutter, as far as contacting us it is all supposed to go through the management company. I am not faulting them but they have had some turnover of employees and we may not have gotten the work order in a timely manner. Since then We have inspected the problem , that was our first visit. On the second visit I back screwed the gutter so it is tight to the fascia.I thought that could of been the issue. I was in personal contact with **************** through text. I told her if she still has the issue to let me know. I did not hear from her, she contacted the ****************** and they contacted me today. She is on my schedule for a return visit. Not every issue is cut and dry . I will do my best always to make a customer happy. Secondly We were never notified that a furnace pipe was loose, there is no reason for us to move or pull on or do anything but shingle around the pipe. If I do not know there is a problem I can not fix it. I will be looking into this asap.

    I read your review on BBB and Google Just so you know its true My company has been to your Home two times , The first time was to see what the issue could be, and the second time was to try and fix it. You can probably see from your upstairs window the gutter is tight to the fascia which I made possible with screws. I also texted you to let me know if it still a problem and that I would come back. As far as I know you did not reach out to me . I did get a email from ******* and let them know I would come back and and try to figure it out. I do have a plan of action, 1. Installing a longer splash guard 2. Caulking the back of gutter 3. Possibly extending drip edge. I am sorry for your inconvenience. but I will make it right if it ***** me.As far as the B vent goes all of the evidence is not in, You are assuming this is all my fault. Apparently the pipe came apart slightly , B vent connection are twisted and snapped into place inside the attic.Maybe it was never connected properly in the first place. It would have had to be pulled on pretty hard to make it come apart, We just don't do that. . We are actually pretty gentle when were removing shingles from pipes, chimneys etc. I was told this has not been going on for long,Maybe those two days when it was extremely cold and we had 60 mile per hour wind gusts could have made it come loose. (*******) , Mr ***** contractor has a theory, but he even said he has not seen this before. I have been in business successfully for 22 years on my own and you can not be in business that long by being how you described me. I am an old school customer is always right kind of guy . If there is an issue I stick to it till it is resolved. I do feel your review is unfair, *ut there is not a lot I can do about it.
