5 starsVery hard working. And prompt. I had a very large job to get done. 4 very large trees. 3 to get trimmed and 1 to get totally cut down. They got the job done in 3 days. And were at my house when they said they would be. It was a huge job. They worked very hard and cleaned my yard up very nicely. Thanks ***** !Review fromMindi W

1 starContract signed 5/22/2025 for removal of two trees, removal of wood and grinding of tree stumps. First day of work, I felt good about this company even though work day was cut short due to high winds. They were to come out the next day to complete the work; and equipment was broken. We rescheduled for after Memorial day weekend; but this never happen. After that it was a string of reportings of many personal family issues. I was empathetic and patient with all of this. Even though there were many texts shared of scheduled days they were to come out, no shows and no contact from them at all. As of August, I turned to legal opinion and assist due to the down payment that was paid following Day 1 of work. With my counsel's assist we were able to get a second day of work where they arrived and completed removal of 1 or the 2 trees. On the third day they worked, it was cut short due an on the job injury. As of 8/18/2025; we have canceled any tree grinding; both trees are removed and only 2 pieces of the tree remain in my yard. They did offer to grind the stumps for free; but at this point I do not have faith if/when this would happen. I am prepared when they come back for the rest of the tree, to cut a final check and be done.Review fromKay W

5 starsI was in a hard spot being a first time homeowner and an individual in recovery. When we needed someone for snow removal for our condo building this amazing couple came through and not only gave us a fair price but also were great people to work and communicate with. 5 starsJust had Cox's tree service out to trim our tree. This tree effects all four neighbor's yard. It was a hot mess. They came out, cut off a lot of dead branches as well as branches that were threatening to damage our garages. They were prompt, efficient, reasonably priced, did great work, and cleaned up. 5 starsCox's Tree Service contracted with Michaelmas Manor Apartments, LP to remove 19 dead trees from our property. They were able to remove the dead trees grind down the stumps and remove all remaining debris promptly and professionally. They made our property look clean and beautiful.
