  Just wanted to say ************, **************, and ******** M were a huge help during our move. These guys were all professional and polite. This is my second time using MVM services and will always call them for help moving large items. Thank you MVM!

  We had ****, ******* and **** as our movers and they were fantastic. It was a long distance move and a lot of work for two days and it was in the 90s with a heat advisory. They never complained or stopped working. Everything was done perfectly and quickly. The boxes were all placed in the appropriate rooms and they put together the furniture and set it all up for us. I would recommend them 100%. They are the best!!!

  We contracted with *** to move household items to local storage. They proved unable to move a center cabinet of our entertainment center, spending hours in attempts, with three men. The lead mover told us at that time we wouldnt be charged for attempts yet we were. They also miscalculated the charges, adding time for a dinner break for five movers.Attempting to resolve these disputed charges, our concerns were dismissed and ultimately ghosted by the *** representative. We had to resort to suing in Lucas County Small Claims Court winning partial judgement the judge ruled that the cabinet was immovable. We also had to file another claim for non-payment of Court costs (which is part of judgement).However, the Judge was proven wrong we subsequently engaged a second moving company who were able to bring the cabinet out in less than 20 minutes using two men ! Hiring a second mover cost us a couple hundred dollars, a charge which the Judge would not review for a second suit.

  MVM moving employees ****************** and ************ were the best on my move from ********** to ***********. Every request was done without a problem. Could not have asked for anything better. I would highly recommend them for your next move.

  We had **** and ***** and they were excellent. I highly recommend MVM if you are moving. They were very professional and quite friendly. We were moving my sister and they tried to make it as easy as possible. A huge thank you to both of them!!!

  We hired MVM this month to move a piano from our house in **** to another house in *******. The gentleman who handled everything over the phone for **, I believe his name was *****, was superb. Very professional and took care of all information needed without hesitation. Several days before the movers were expected, he called to verify everything and to check that we did not have any questions. The day of the move, the movers arrived on time. They also were very professional. They introduced themselves and reviewed how they would be moving the piano out of the house and made sure I had no questions. They effortlessly moved it and knew how to do it properly. they reviewed the paperwork with me before they left and gave me my copies. Family in ******* let ** know when they arrived to unload the piano. MVM arrived there at the time they estimated they would and the move went smooth.This was the smoothest move we could have hoped for. We would gladly hired MVM again. We recommend them to everyone.

  MVM is 100% true to what they advertise. I am a property manager and we had to complete a unit transfer. I had a great experience from the moment I called to the finalization of the move. The two guys who came out to do the move (I was told by the residents family members) were outstanding they worked quickly and were both very respectful! MVM's advertisement is 100% true.

  Our team ***, *******, and ***** were excellent. We continued to call them the BEST IN THE MIDWEST. Professional, friendly, thorough, careful with all items. We would highly recommend this group of three again. Not one item was damaged, and they were extremely helpful in positioning the furniture in our new place. Thank you for making this transition so smooth. BEST IN THE MIDWEST!
