  Our living room wall had major cracks from settling, roof leaks, and we needed structural repair before selling the house. They reinforced everything, fixed the drywall, and repainted it like nothing ever happened. It made a big difference in showing the home. Their prices were very reasonable and the peace of mind this company gave us it was worth it, other companies were twice as much, we are recommending to our friends and families.   We had Just Ask Home Improvement remodel a home in ********* before putting it on the market, and I couldnt be happier with the results. The crew handled everything new flooring, drywall repairs, updated doors and windows, siding touch-ups and some small home repairs.What stood out was how smooth the whole process went. They showed up when they said they would, kept the place clean, and explained everything along the way. The updates completely changed the look of the house and made it feel brand new.Thanks to their work, the home sold fast after listing. Ive got other properties in ****** and ******** that Ill be calling them for next, because its hard to find a reliable remodeling team that can handle doors, windows, siding, decks, and drywall all in one.

  We hired Just Ask Home Improvement for a kitchen remodel here in ******, and the project ended up being so much more than just new cabinets and flooring. During demolition, ***** explained there could be hidden issues with the structure, and sure enough, we uncovered major problems with the load-bearing walls and the main beam that carried our two-story home.What impressed us most was how ***** and his crew handled it. They supported the entire house safely while replacing the main beam a job most contractors wouldnt even touch. Watching them work gave us complete confidence they knew exactly what they were doing.On top of the structural repairs, they also installed new windows and a sliding glass door. Everything was waterproofed, sealed, and finished flush to the siding. As someone who knows a little bit about construction, I was blown away by the quality of their work and the attention to ********* the end, not only was our kitchen beautifully remodeled, but our home was stronger and safer than before. Just Ask Home Improvement went above and beyond our expectations.   After a terrible experience with another contractor who built our deck 4 years ago, we were nervous about hiring someone new. ***** and his crew at Just Ask Home Improvement in Toledo turned everything around. They carefully corrected the mistakes, rebuilt what was needed, and delivered a deck that not only looks amazing but is built solid.
  The crew was meticulous, respectful, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole job. Now we have a deck we’re proud to show off.   Just Ask Home Improvement remodeled my grandmas house and it came out amazing. They ripped out the old floors and put in new Lvp flooring, replaced all the drywall, fixed a couple load-bearing walls, and took care of some structural wood rot.They finished the kitchen, bathroom, and living room with new electric, insulation, subfloor, trim, paint, and doors. Even found hidden damage and fixed it so the place is solid again.Grandmas so happy, and now were getting ready to have them build us a new deck. If youre in ******, ******, or **********, Id definitely recommend them

  We purchased a Outdoor Shed Kit and after being rescheduled for 4 1/2 weeks by a local contractor, we came across Just Ask Home Improvement. I received a estimate from ***** and within 2 days the project was completed. We are very pleased with the Shed, and the professionalism from ***** and his staff. We will definitely refer Just Ask Home Improvement and use them again for any future projects!

  My dad needed a sliding door replaced in his family room and the project was a bit involved because of the age of the house and original construction issues that were not coming to light until now (50 years later). We had a very hard time getting folks to either complete the estimate process or to provide an affordable quote for my dad. We found ***** online after reading the strong BBB and Google reviews. ***** arrived on time to take a thorough look at the job and then provided a detailed quote to my brother and I later that evening. We were both in touch with ***** via email, text and a phone call. We felt confident the quote was fair and that ***** seemed very professional, efficient, and honest in all of our communication with him. We accepted the quote on day 2, and ***** was able to complete the job on day 3. Strengths: ***** quickly assessed the situation and gave us a fair and honest quote, even explained possible surprises or concerns he had and kept us posted throughout the process as he removed the door and examined the interior and foundation. He talked us through some minor adjustments based on further inspection and was very up front and fair with the costs. The other quotes we received were about 1/3 more than ******* quote, sometimes included sub-contractors, and included work that did not need to be done. ***** was the point person from start to end and is organized, thorough and efficient with the work. My dad remarked he was the only person out of several companies he was in touch with who actually did the work himself. He took the time to answer my dad's questions after he completed the work, and left no trace behind.

  After a leaking pipe required repairs to the bathroom and kitchen of his vintage home in ******, my son looked far and wide to find a capable and willing construction crew. He was so delighted with Just Ask Home Improvement, a family-owned business, that he enlarged the scope of work from pipe repair to a complete bathroom remodel. My son was so happy with his beautiful new bathroom, and recommended Just Ask to us.We had also been searching for months for a trustworthy company. Our bathroom remodel project of construction, plumbing, tiling, etc. was too complicated for just a handyman, but not big enough to interest other construction companies in *************. ***** ****** was a dream to work with. He listened to our ideas; explained possible alternatives, and made helpful suggestions. His many years of experience in vintage and new construction helped him to anticipate possible issues in our plans. The work of deconstruction and installation of a vintage tub in a 15 year old condo bathroom was completed within a week. All debris was taken away and the work area was left clean and neat after each days work. The trucks, equipment and workmen are clean and professional. We feel that Just Ask did a superlative job for us at a fair price. What more could you ask for?

  ***** from Just Ask Home Improvements recently did some much-needed Home repairs to my home, him and his crew did an excellent job and did it all in 5 days. I tried other big contractors and none of them were able to help me. On meeting with ***** the first time I felt like I could trust him to do the work and be honest with me. There were a few additional repairs that I wasn't expecting but ***** and his crew whipped them repairs out also. I'm VERY happy with my new windows.   We recently had our kitchen remodeled by just ask Home Improvement, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and incredibly skilled. They took the time to listen to our ideas, and worked closely with us to create a design that exceeded our expectations.
  The quality of their workmanship is top notch, and I am thrilled with the attention to detail that went into every aspect of the project, and the finished product came out absolutely stunning.
  Throughout the entire process, the team was communicative and kept me updated on progress. They were always on time and kept the work area clean and tidy.
