  Do not hire this company! I contracted with this company to remove some dead trees, brush and trees that were burnt by a fire, remove brush and limbs from a tree that blown over by the wind. They did cut a couple of trees down but left one tree just laying in the yard. Did not pick up the brush. I have called and texted. They were paid in full. Said they would return and never did. They are a dishonest company!

  I give 0 stars but this site forces at least one. They came to my door looked at the tree gave us a quote, then when they came back to do the job decided they wanted to charge over double with a signed contract. They do not honor their own contracts that in itself shows the integrity of this company!!!

  We apologize for any inconvenience, Our arborist didn’t realize the amount of work that needed to be done at the time of signing your contract. We offered to renegotiate when we realized the hazard and the amount of the job didn’t match up!

  They did an amazing job cutting down 3 big oak trees and trimming 3 maple trees! Everyone of them guys worked hard and pushed until the job got done! They did a hell of a clean up for me too I would recommend them to anyone they definitely do great work and Melvin the owner is a great boss man and made sure the jobs was completed and done!

  I found M &M to be very skilled in tree management and very polite. Clean-up was thorough. Owner worked with crew, all were respectful toward me and each other.

  We are a disable and elderly and we was given an estimate on what they was gone do and when they got finish the job was not correctly done 50% of what they said was not done and they burnt our front lawn that we pay a lawn service to come out and take care of for us and we was told that the grass want grown back we have to dig it up and put seeds down. They also took our mulch without our permission and I called the next day and they said they would come at 10 the next morning and no one showed up. Mind you they did the work on June 3 I called June 4 and June 5 they was suppose to come out to rectify the job they didn’t come but sent someone who was real rude to us to bring back our mulch they used. After the guy dropped off the mulch they refused to talk to me after calling about 6-8 times. So now Melvin tooth have been pulled out and Demetrius is having a problem or family emergency.

  Ma’am we didn’t take any mulch! Even after not taking mulch we still replaced your mulch! We did any and everything to try to make you happy with your services. Came back to your property a few times to make the job right. I do apologize but at the same time you cannot make everyone happy. Sorry our company wasn’t fit for you…..

  Disappointed in myself. I always get a couple of quotes before any job is done on my property. I got lazy and paid for it. Melvin Belle’s crew (under various company names, which is suspicious) knocked on my door and we settled on a price for work I needed on some trees. Shawn and the tree trimmer were bullies, pulling the ol’ good salesman bad salesman routine, trying to get more money. They were late both days. I was kind and bought them pizza for lunch. Unfortunately, that kindness and decency was not returned in kind. They drove over my and my neighbor’s yard and got their truck stuck. After much effort, they left 6 inch grooves in both of our yards. They promised to return the next day with top-soil and grass seed. After they left, I discovered that they left a huge branch on the shed’s roof. Well, I got the same run-around when talking to the owner Melvin about fixing and finishing the job. Promises and promises were given, but no action was taken. The only peace I can achieve from my error is that Melvin Belle and his various bands of pirates would never get paid again.

  They just left my house an hour ago. They were supposed to be here on 4/15 then 4/22 then 4/26. No show and no call all 3 times. Melvin the owner told me his secretary makes those calls and it wasn't his fault. They quoted me a price to take down a tree and as soon as they got here Melvin tried to raise it by $100. Saying I had the quote wrong. I wouldn't put up with that so they started working for original price. They borrowed my ladder to drop lines and borrowed my wheel barrel to move small pieces of wood and even had to borrow a pen to write the bill. While working I offered water but they wanted soda. I wasn't going to quibble over a couple of sodas and then they ask me to go pick up lunch for them. I told them to go get their own lunch. I was very direct with Melvin that I wanted the wood hauled away but after trimming the limbs Melvin said the quote was to leave the wood in my yard and to take it away he wanted more money...of course. When they were done they had left soda cans and 2 in 1 oil bottles in my yard to clean up. The last thing we did was argue over my pen. I ask Melvin to mark my bill paid in full so he ask one of his "breaking bad" employees for a pen and after signing my bill I told him I wanted my pen just on principle and he argued it was his until his employee told him he had gotten the pen from me to write the bill. At that point he decided to act threatening to me. I'm sure it had something to do with me being 64 but that's alright. I told him if he wanted to say or do something he should do it. At this point I was getting upset but at no point did I raise my voice, curse at him or call him any names. He got in his truck and rolled down the window dropping MFs the whole way off my street. Don't let these fools anywhere near your property if you have any sense.
