      Stay away from Mr Appliance in Columbus. They scammed us for more than $700
      for a refrigerator repair in August 2023. The repair did not solve the problem they diagnosed; we had to buy a new refrigerator. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company and after investigation the amount was credited back to us. How is this company still in business!!??

      Awful. Techs have no clue what they are doing, office staff provides no communication and owner doesnt keep his word. Hired and paid in May. Never fixed the issue. Forced to find another service provider.Do not waste your time with this vendor. I have no idea how they are still in business.

      If you need an appliance repaired I strongly suggest you stay clear of "Mr ************************ I had them repair a Frigidaire freezer. They replaced the evaporator fan motor which seemed to fix the problem and charged me $397.88. 5 months later the same evaporator fan motor faulted out and the food in freezer was quickly thawing out. I called "Mr *********************** 8 times in 2 days. Every time I called I was immediately transferred to a recording that went through the standard mantra that my call is very important and they are busy handling other calls, stay on the line and we'll get to me ASAP. Eventually the recording says leave a message and we'll get back ASAP. I've called 8 times and left 4 messages with my name and phone number............after 3 days and 8 calls I've had no response from Mr ********************** and I'm confident I will get no response.*************************

      Stay away from this vendor. They came to my home to repair my refrigerator and gave me an estimate for $750 which I had to prepay. After a month of waiting they made an appointment to come and install the new parts that I had been receiving from the manufacturer. Come the day of the repair appointment they failed to show up. I attempted to contact them 4 times throughout the day and received no response to my voicemails. They have not contacted me to this day and it has been two months. I disputed the charges and just got confirmation that my dispute has been resolved in my favor. Fair warning to avoid this company.

      We contacted Mr. Appliance about a problem with our dryer. A Mr. Appliance technician named Shaun came to our home and advised we needed new rollers. We paid $434.74 for the repair. The technician, Shaun, supposedly replaced the rollers and related parts. Within a day or so, it was apparent the dryer was not repaired properly. The technician, Shaun, came again. He claimed there was a recall on the belt he used to repair the dryer, so he ordered a new replacement kit directly from Samsung to make sure we got the correct design of belt. This repair was scheduled, but the technician never showed up due to a vehicle breakdown. The repair was rescheduled. The technician, Shaun, supposedly properly installed the new, correct kit to repair the dryer. The dryer failed again within a month. A new technician, Matthew, came to our home and advised the rollers/belt were still the problem. The repair (the third) was scheduled, and then rescheduled by Mr. Appliance. Phone calls to Mr. Appliance to get an approximate time for the repair went unanswered and unreturned resulting in a no show. We finally were successful in reaching someone at Mr. Appliance. We were informed that our calls were being forwarded as the Dayton branch of Mr. Appliance went out of business. We were advised it was unknown what, if anything, could be done about our repair. We were advised by the Mr. Appliance representative to dispute the charge for the amount we paid with our credit card company. We followed this advice and we bought a new dryer. We were advised that Mr. Appliance refuted our credit card dispute. Mr. Appliance claimed they never went out of business at the Dayton location and refused to refund our money. They claim our only options are to forfeit the money or have them come out and repair the dryer. We have wasted time and lost wages due to this problem. We would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

      BUYER BEWARE!!!! Lots of empty promises! I was told a part I needed for my washer was on order after a visit from a rep on July 27, 2023. I kept calling and calling. Supposedly my part was on order and I was told that it would come to my house. Then I received another phone call that the service install was to be between August 25-27. No part arrived! I called again the following week only to be told by a different Mr. Appliance that somehow answered the phone in another city that the Dayton office had closed the day before and to contact my VISA card company to file a dispute and to contact the BBB. I filed my dispute and am waiting on that.
      Meanwhile, I looked at my credit card statement today and Mr. Appliance put another charge for the same amount on my card! So, now I have 2 disputes and may be out almost $1,000!!! The credit card company gave me the number for Mr. Appliance that showed on their end and I called and spoke with XXX today. Again, I was told my part was ordered. I told him I didn't want the part, to cancel my TWO charges. He promised that he would relay this situation to whomever and would call me back. I have NOT received any further communication!

      I contacted Mr. Appliance at the recommendation of Bosch Customer Service for a dishwasher repair. The initial visit identified the problem & repair (which I already knew). A part had to be ordered but only upon full payment for part + service, a total just over $400. I was supposed to be contacted to advise the anticipated delivery; this never happened. When I finally contacted the business, they had a delivery date for August 30 and scheduled my service call for September 1. On the prior evening to the service call, I am supposed to receive a call or text with a two hour window. This also never came and there was no call or visit on the day of the scheduled appointment.
      I have followed up with four phone calls and one message online- NONE HAVE BEEN ANSWERED. The only thing this business has done well was to process my full payment (and then provide NO service and NO communication). I am filing a Dispute Resolution with the bank to recover the charge; my Rating is 1 only because 0 is not an option. This business should be avoided!

      They are the worst service company with whom I have dealt. They do not return calls, refuse to allow us to talk to the owner. They have close to $3000 of our money and still have not fixed the issue after 2 months. I fear we have been scammed.

      This was the worst experience. We were told it would cost $400 to fix our washing machine. We were trying to save some money and opted to fix the washer. Much to my dismay the first time I used my washer after it being, “fixed”. It still did not work. I paid for a part, service call and labor and was left with a non working machine. I called to request a refund for my service that was not completed. The brand new motor did not work. I was then told that I could not get a refund, they refused and told me it may need yet ANOTHER part that I would have to also pay for but they would discount the labor charge. I don’t know how it could need a new part when the repair guy used a computer program to diagnose the issue & tested the washer to confirm it worked. However the part didn’t work and the original issue was never fixed. So now I am out $400 and have to purchase a new washing machine. I am flabbergasted that this company just stole $400 from my family. It is awful and sad, I will never use an appliance repair company ever again after this. I will simply purchase a new appliance because this experience has been awful. The customer service rep was also incredibly rude. I just can’t get over the down right thievery of this company.

      The Worst Company man left tools at my house would not get a replacement screw said he did not have time to finish the job I DO NOT RECOMMEND
