      Don't bother calling them. He didn't show up for my appointment. When I called and left a message, he called me back and asked me to send a Pic of my serial number inside my refrigerator and he would just go ahead and order it. I waited 3 weeks for my appointment and no call no show. Send me Pic....I get a phone call three days later stating they do not work on ** anymore. I need to call ** back and get someone else to do it! Terrible business ethics! Don't bother calling them.

      My oven was overheating and I had Mr ********************** come out to fix it. They ordered the part and it took 8 weeks so come it. Then it turned out that it didn't fix the problem. Another part was ordered and didn't come in for 9 weeks this time. They wouldn't let me cancel the order so when it came in I had them install it. It still doesn't work. I should have got a new oven. At this point I've spent 60% of the cost of a new one with nothing to show for it. Now they will not answer my calls or schedule a new appointment to fix the issue. It's a scam.

      Has been since may and I still don't have a running refrigerator. They changed the compressor and dryer and is still not working. Was supposed to send someone a week later to look at and canceled again and won't be here for 2 weeks. I just want my money back to buy a new refrigerator.

      I have been waiting over 3 weeks to have my oven repaired. They were to arrive Wednesday and never showed. When I called I was told someone would call me to address it. No one called. I called the next day and was told they are scheduled to come out Friday. When the technician arrived the part needed had been shipped to the wrong address and had to be rerouted. I was told they would arrive first thing Monday morning between 8-12 noon. No one showed up. When I called they said “Oh dear, I’m sorry they are scheduled to arrive between 1:30-3pm.” I requested a refund. They said we don’t do that. I asked to speak to a manager. “There are no managers here.” I asked for a phone number so I could call the manager. “We can’t give you that information.” I asked, when will they be in so I can call them? “I don’t know. I can leave them a message, but they probably won’t return your call.” Unreal!! I would not give this company any stars if that was an option! They don’t deserve it! I DO NOT recommend this company! How they treat their customers is appalling and completely opposite the voice recording you listen to for 12-15 mins. while on hold every time you call.

      I called Mr. Appliance company in ************ for a gas leak in my 5 year old stove. The serviceman came out, advised that the gas company said it was likely an igniter that needs tightened or replaced, was here for several hours, finally said it was the control panel and he had to order and come back. He also said the gas company didnt know what they were talking about. I immediately asked him for itemized receipt which he assured would be on bill that he would email AFTER I paid. I paid and received ONLY a total due bill (approx $600) via email after he left. I called Mr ********************** office and manager stated they dont give Itemized bill. I insisted, the conversation then escalated and the manager swore, hung up on me and blocked my number. I then reached out to a rural repairman who found that the problem was not the control panel but the burner in the oven; he found that (they) had replaced my burner with one that had spliced wiring and was left loose inside the oven. This stove is only 5 years old and has never had anyone look at it or repair it until Mr ********************** serviceman. The conclusion is that the stove likely just needed the original igniter tightened up. Instead Mr ********************** took my original igniter, replaced it with a spliced igniter and left it loosely installed, only to order a control panel that I did not need ( and likely they had plans never to install) , then put my original igniter back in as it should be, telling me the control panel was the problem. This is a very shady, unprofessional organization. Do NOT Use this company - ******* ** location and main dispatch call office in **** **

      I have a Miele washer that has trouble taking in water. Miele referred me to Mr Appliance who diagnosed the problrem as a valve issue on April 16, 2024. I first said I will get the washer replaced, but a Mr Appliance representative called me and said they can get it fixed in a week at a lower price than they first quoted. I agreed and they charged me for it.: $ 500 A month later, May 15, they keep calling and rescheduling, and when I ask for a refund, they say they cannot offer one. I asked to speak with a manager, and was not able to, yet. I feel they are stringing me on. Now, they say they can come on May 30. I would go buy another washer if I could get a refund. The customer service is atrocious. I would like them to make it right: either refund or fix the washer right away.

      Do not use them. I had them try to fix my washer. They came out for 15 minutes. They ordered the part. They kept changing my appointment date. So 3 weeks later I had to call someone else to actually fix it. Now they wont refund the $403 for the part. Please dont fall for them.

      My 2 yr old freezer wasn't cooling and green light was flashing. Called Mr ********************** on *******. Tech Lukecame out Friday 4-19-24. He found the problem and wanted me to pay for parts (to be ordered) up front. I said no I won't do that I will pay for the service call today and pay the rest when it is repaired. He took my card and proceeded to say he was putting full amount on my card. I said no I was only paying for service call. He snatched the credit card out of my hand!! I grabbed it back. He called his mgr and we both talked to the manager. It was agreed they would overnight the part and be back Monday. In the meantime I had a whole side of beef and no way to keep it frozen. Monday comes and Tech **** walks in and asks me for the part. I was totally confused as I thought it was being shipped to them. So my husband and I had a 3way call to Mr ********************** and they say the part was delivered to wrong address! What??. They reordered and this time had it delivered to them and Tuesday **** shows up again with parts. Puts them on tells me everything is up and running and I give him a check for parts. I was busy with mom's picking up their kids and took his word for it. Big mistake! I walked back there and freezer isn't even plugged in! So I plugged it in. The green light was flashing like it did before and was not running again. I called and talked to the mgr again and he said that **** did plug it in and checked it and unplugged it and left. That is their policy! I asked who does that?? We argued some more and he said maybe the plug fell out! What? Argued some more and then he said we ALWAYS plug appliances in before leaving. I said wait 2 minutes ago you told me it was your policy to unplug which is it? So I hung up on him. Stopped payment on the check. Took video of my freezer NOT working! Please DO NOT use any Mr **********************! They lie lie lie! They take your money and don't do anything!

      I will be disputing the charges today on my card. Same as all the other reviews. Told me my part would get delivered to my house, it never came, they canceled services the ***** before they were supposed to come. I had already taken two days off of work for them, the girl on the other line was unamused and could not care less. I ask for my money back since a service was not done. Scam

      I should have read the reviews prior to hiring this company. I would give it zero stars if I could. Do not let them order parts. I called them November 17th as my fridge appeared to be broken. I followed troubleshoot directions from the company's guide and I wasn't sure it did anything. Being that it was Friday, they were busy and could not come out until Monday. I kept troubleshooting and fixed the issue and the fridge has been working since. I called them to let them know that I had it working but they can come out to make sure I did things correctly. Someone came on Monday the 20th and looked at it when I wasn't there and my husband was working from home. They said the control panel was broken and they ordered a new one. They charged $561 for it and said the panel would be delivered to our home in 3 days and they would come out the day after delivery to install. The panel never arrived and they rescheduled. I asked them for a refund and they said they do not do that. My fridge is still working fine. The panel arrived today (12/14) and I let them know. I have called them multiple times to check when it was arriving. They have made up days and times when they are coming out. They do not initiate any calls or follow-up in a timely manner. Avoid this company at all costs. I am considering taking up the matter with my lawyer.
