Highly recommend The Place! We were long overdue for routine service on two fireplaces in our home. **** and **** were very knowledgeable, professional, and helped answer all of our questions. Both fireplaces are now clean and look brand new! I am very happy with their service and will definitely use them annually for service/maintenance.

5 starsI was very pleased with the professionalism of the two men who took care of my two fireplaces. They were courteous and efficient. They were very clean while they worked and cleaned up the areas where they were working when they were done. I won't hesitate to contact them for any future fireplace concerns. 5 starsExcellent service! Max W came to service our fireplace and he was awesome. He was timely, explained everything clearly and in detail so we knew exactly what we were getting for the cost. He completed the work efficiently and fixed errors from a previous service that was done by a different company. Would absolutely use The Place again for any fireplace needs. 5 starsDave serviced our two fireplaces. Called ahead of time to alert us that he would be at the house in 30 minutes, perfect. Did a great job on both fireplaces. Very courteous and efficient. Cleaned up after each fireplace was serviced and reviewed what was done and the condition. I try to do this service every year to keep both our units in good condition, and it seems to be working. 5 starsWe were looking for a specific hot tub cover and we were put in touch with *** in the parts department. *** found a cover for us when it seemed like no one else had them or would try and order one for us. *** found one for us. When we picked it up, *** and Mykayla helped with making sure it was properly stored on my truck. *** and his staff were awesome. 5 starsWe needed work done on our swim spa today and The Place did a great job. I called and talked to ******* and was able to set up an appointment the same week. The Place sent out *** to do the work. He did the work in a timely manner and was very helpful and respectful. Had the swim spa up and going in a timely manner. 5 starsI recently had my fireplace serviced by The Place. ****, a certified tech, and ***, who was in training to be a certified tech, did an outstanding job cleaning and servicing my fireplace.
