ZERO STARS! Their product descriptions are confusing. When I accidentally ordered the wrong product they would not let me return it because the package was open. They only way to know that it was the wrong item was to open the package. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I'm sorry you experienced a problem. The product that you bought comes in 4 sizes and we believe the sizes are clearly marked. **************************************************************************************************************************Yes We can't accept returns on open equipment that is why it is important to check what size you need. We also have printable sizing guides on this product that you ordered so you can check and make sure it's the right size. I'm truly sorry the mask didn't fit but you won't find anyone that accepts returns on opened medical equipment. This would put us in violation of our medical license.
