    "I scheduled an appointment for a technician to fix a blower motor or capacitor and when they arrived, they came into the house without any equipment, just iPads and worked diligently to upsell a complete service plan even though I indicated that I wanted to get through the winter and then get a quote for an entire new propane based high efficiency furnace.
