    The company is very good to work with. It is easy to get a real person on the phone to answer questions. Shipping is fast and parts are available. Prices are very good. The lift itself has been working fine for a long time and my mother could not stay at her assisted living place without it so highly recommended.

    Multiple back and spinal surgeries over the past 6+ years have resulted in increasing diminished mobility and increasing reliance on my caretakers to move around, including between my wheel chair and the bed or the commode. I've fallen and had to call the **** for help far too frequently. The ***** Lift I purchased from Midwestern Medical Supply has made a world of difference, not just in making it easier to move around, but in decreasing my stress level. The one 'down' side is that I don't have to call my friends the local EMTs quite so often since I'm falling less. :-)

    Outstanding service. We ordered a battery replacement for our ***** lift. Initially, It wasn’t working. **** walked me through and figured out that the connections were lose. It wasn’t the battery. He was so patient and kind. I am now a lifelong customer. Won’t consider any other medical supply. Please use midwestern medical for all your medical needs. They truly are a step above all the others. Thank you ****! Beyond grateful for your time, professionalism, and kindness.

    We have had a ***** lift very shakey for my wife. We purchased the sit to stand lift made very sturdy and very easy-to-use move on carpet, tile ,vinyl floors would recommend to anyone saves time and for my wife to do stand up therapy thank you very please with the best customer service was great

    I highly recommend Midwestern Medical Supply Group. After hours of comparing prices online I had no doubt they offered the best price. The quality of the equipment is excellent and I can't say enough good things about their customer service. ******* went out of her way to make sure I received what I needed within my very tight timeline, even going so far as identifying a backup plan if the primary distribution center missed their ship-out deadline (and yes, she checked with them at the deadline and kept me updated on their progress). She was very prompt to respond, followed through with every promise made, and was empathetic and professional. I am very pleased with my experience, from start to end.

    Fantastic company!! Purchased a sit to stand lift for my 96 year old mother!
    Prices are great, employees are extremely knowledgable and helpful! Couldn’t ask for better customer service!

    Today 1/27/2025, I called Midwest Medical Supply and spoke to Jacob. Jacob was my salesman in Feb. 2023, when I bought my STS (sit to stand). When I bought my STS, I was determined to purchase but my husband was not. Today, Jacob was very pleasant and helpful, as he was in 2023. I, my husband and my aids have enjoyed my STS. It moves me around fine and I'm 368. Thanks Jacob
