3 starsI was told by the sales rep that when they installed the leaflitter system they would check the drainage and adjust the gutter to drain properly. We had a rain last weekend and the gutter at our patio overflowed more than it ever has in the past. It looks as if the leaflitter system does not fit in to the gutter deep enough in areas and holds the roof shingles up at the roof line causing a ramp affect, and the water run off runs past the gutter. I did point this out to one of the installers and he assured me that was as low as possible. I got on my ladder and I can feel a gap between the roof sheeting and the leaflitter system. I also didn't like that one of the installers was walk/runs back and forth across the roof through out the installation, not good for life expectancy of asphalt shingles. More concerned about getting the job done faster than the care of the roof.

1 star1st - the salesman severely misled us. We are not sure if it was on purpose or by accident, but there were a few miscommunications 2nd - the first installer sent to us also misled us 3rd - when we called the installer back, as directed by the installer, he no longer worked with the company and lied to us to try and get us to quit leaf filter and go through him. Why did leaf filter hire such a person?4th - when speaking with the salesman again, there was argument instead of just honoring what was told to us. The deal was eventually honored, but the entire process was unpleasant.5th - when the new installers showed up, they were not aware of the corrected deal and I had to intervene to get them to do the correct work.6th - the installers didn't even have the correct parts with them where the person that surveyed our install incorrectly reported what we had.7th - the install is hideous. I complained to the salesman about the c*** job, and I was essentially told that making the install look right was a custom job and I would have to pay extra to make it look better than the pile of c*** that was put on our home.It was not a smooth experience. We are not satisfied with the final product. As things stand, we would warn people away from this company instead of recommending it.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
