1 starVery poor customer service when it came to getting the LeafFilter installation set up and even worse customer service for a problem that came up just 2 weeks afterward. The repair guy broke a sprinkler pole and left it propped against our front porch and didn't say a word to us that he was finished or about the sprinkler. When I called LeafFilter about it, they said a manager would call me by the next morning. They did not and I had to call again. Three calls later and I still haven't spoken to anyone. How much is a lifetime guarantee worth if you can't get good service right out of the gate?!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsThe installers were here early and did a good job of installing all that was to be done. Cleaned up after but did not put a Leaffilter sign in the yard. Didn't have one with him.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsI really like the system and I'm very impressed with how quick they send someone out. The Service guy was very professional. However, when I purchased the system I purchased a lifetime guarantee. It stated that it would never cost me any more. When the repair man came out I was charged $105. I was told on the phone that would be charged IF the material to repair would be more than that amount.(Which was unfair to begin with) The material used was two small pieces of screen. Don't fall for the Lifetime Warranty at no cost!!!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starThey showed up late for the estimate, the sales rep was the managers son, they ran the wrong credit provider which hit my credit, they charged both the correct and incorrect finance companies which required me to call and get them to fix it. it is still not corrected yet and both accounts still show active and charged. The sales rep also gave the wrong price during the original quote and had to adjust it again prior to the install. defiantly will not recommend. The system also does not allow debris to fall off the the gutters as advertised. mesh is bowed in the middle causing material to collect on the gutters surface requiring me to get on the roof to remove the material from the gutters.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
