    7/19/2023 I contacted Advance Locksmith @ ###-###-#### to have someone come out and make me a duplicate ignition key to my *****... They came out and made a key, but the service man said you have to put the Key in really hard and turn, so more the less forcing the key in the ignition, come to find out the service man had the wrong key, he then told me he would order the correct key and would be back in a week, which would be 7/26/23 to program the correct key... The company called me several times to remind me of the appt for 7/26 and 12pm. and on that day, service man did not show up, company then said he was running late and he would be there at 5pm. by 6:30 he had not showed up. I contacted the company and they said he said, he had already corrected the problem... I informed them I have not seen this service man, nor has he been to my house, nor do I have the correct key that he ordered... I keep getting the run around, if he can't bring me the correct key that I have already paid for then I would like my $150 returned and I will go to the dealership... Customer service for the company is horrible, they keep passing me to someone else or they will say that the service man will contact me... I have not heard from the service man since he took my $150. Can you help me resolve this issue and or at least warn others to stay away from this shady company...
