"Outraged, I discovered that my 90 year old Aunt needed a new taller toilet installed in her home. My Aunt is on a fixed income and is obviously in a lower income neighborhood, she was quoted by Atherton Plumbing over a thousand dollars for a new Gerber toilet plus the install price, and she did accept this quote, I realize that she accepted the price, but she is again 90 and did not realize that there were definitely cheaper ways to go, and after talking with the Atherton manager other avenues were not discussed with her." ...
