1 starWe contacted Kettering Overhead Door with a request to have our current garage door looked at and to find a solution to the excessive water we have accumulated in our garage with each rain. We waited over 2 hours past our appointment time for the gentlemen to show up. Upon their arrival, we discussed in depth what the issues were and what we were looking to rectify. He took his measurements, wrote the info and then requested payment for the service call ($90). This was not discussed with me at the time the appointment was made but I found it fair considering it would be used toward any work completed. We waited almost a month for communication from Kettering Overhead. I phoned them several times for an update on the estimate, each time being met with excuses and finally rudeness. It was later that we received a text with an estimate which was not what we had asked for. When I requested the additional quote for the extras I was told “I'm still sorting through the piles of papers on my desk”. This I never received follow up to after. Here we are, over 2 months later with no official quote and out $90 for a service call that cost me money while I waited. Very disappointed as we used them back in 2021 and they were fantastic. We won’t be requesting their assistance again in the future and I caution anyone else doing so with an upfront estimate fee in place.Review fromvanessa s

I had a custom door made and I also had a garage door unit replaced. They were very fast when it came to the garage door replacement. The door did take a couple weeks longer than anticipated to build, but they were responsive and kept me in the loop. I was informed that production was taking a bit longer than usual. Their prices for the doors were better than a local competitor that uses the same supplier. I really liked how the door came out. It's stunning.
