1 starWe changed to EcoShield for our pest control service 5 months ago and have had nothing but inconsistencies and poor service since the beginning. Poor communication and service issue resolution. Examples- Service technicians leaving fence doors open after service, forgetting to treat specific areas previously discussed, and treating escalated issues as if they are general requests (with no sense of urgency to resolve). Absolutely dissatisfied with the service.

1 starThis is a dirty and slimy company. They go door to door and offer a really nice into price, however they then FORCE you into a contract coning to apply their c*** 4 times a year, charging $250 each application which is NOT the original agreed price of $150. When canceling service they essentially ghost you and secretly apply another $250 cancelation charge. $250 to CANCEL sercive is insane. AVOID IS DISGUSTING COMPANY

1 starThey are deceptive in what a year of service means. *** told me four treatments quarterly, verified $700 a year. Then I find out I signed for 5 payments! We are retired couple in our 70's. I should have checked with BBB before I signed, which I usually do, wouldn't you know it but this was the one time I did't. I wouldn't have signed otherwise and should've checked very carefully the fine print. I was told there was no negotiating on the misunderstanding. Most companies negotiate if there is a misunderstanding. Not this one!!I told them I would complain to BBB but they didn't care.

1 starIf I could leave this company zero Stars that's what their rating would be. We had someone stop at our door randomly one night and talk to us about the services they provide and since we have pets it was told to us that the treatment around the house would keep fleas from the yard And help keep our animals from tracking them inside. For an issue with fleas at any point in time.... Within a few days all of my animals in the home had fleas and we have ended up spending over $700 to take care of the problem. We contacted the business and they told us that they would wave the fee that we owed but we are still being hassled about payment options. The person that was talked to on the phone never sent us the email as promised stating that we were not liable for the expense of the treatment that was provided.

1 starEcoshield scammed me out of $650 trying to sell me services for only $201.78! I was mis***resented from the sales *** that for all services it would be $201.78. On top of I am dissatisfied with their services as I still have a ton of ants. I had to buy over-the-counter just to get rid of the ants and it did much better than what they sold me. I am trying to dispute the charges. Praying that I will get $400 back if not all of it since I never got all of my services done all this company did was create a hassle for me.

1 starI signed a contract for pest services with a guarantee. After 19 days of services, we still suffer from the same problem. I tried to reach out to customer services and the first appointment is 9 days from the call. Obviously, the quality of the material they use is bad and has no effect. I tried to get my money back and they declined

2 starsThese guys are pretend local. Dont be fooled. You will not be able to talk to your local team. The actual workers are here but admins are elsewhere and dont know anything about you or your property and calls directed to the local office are not returned. Over the last two months, Ive texted, emailed, and called these guys about a billing dispute - 6 separate communications. I was promised a return phone call 3 times with nothing. Briefly, I was charged a service I never received. Because the way their online billing is set up, I was not able to pay for the 2 things they did do, while not paying for the 1 thing they didnt do. I continuously tried to contact them but because all customer communications are handled somewhere else, I could never talk to someone local. They will only take a msg and promise a return call, that never happens. Texts are auto-replied that theyll get back to you within ***** hours but that doesnt happen either. Emails are apparently just ignored. So without talking to me in any way other than to (one-way) text and email me about my outstanding balance, they sent me to collections after 70 days. Im really disappointed because I had 2 complete attic eradications with them and those went pretty well. So I ended up paying $160 for a service I didnt receive just to protect my credit score. But some people cant do that and these guys know that. I switched to them because they promised me the world. But this is the first year that I had uncontrolled spiders and stink bugs in my backyard, out of the 6 years Ive been here. The tech said its a bad year for spiders and stink bugs but my neighbors do not have the same experience. So obvious lie to cover up inferior products and application.

1 starThe company came to my house after I signed up and then told me that they could not help me with my pest control problems canceled my contract and is still taking money out of my account without my permission personally said that they could not help me try to call they said the account was canceled. They took another $180 Alam my account today and still told me that I owed them more money for a cancellation fee when they are the ones that canceled me $220 for a service that I cannot even have done but they sent somebody out and said that he took cobwebs down outside my house . total fraudulent when you call they give you the runaround And said theyll review it in five days
