2 starsI hired all American moving and Storageto move us to a new patio home7 miles awayon 11/17/23 The move went reasonably well with minor to modest damage to both houses. The moving crew worked hard and efficiently. There was one major hiccup though. Just a few months before the move I had purchased a 43 inch smart tv which was placed on a chest in our bedroom. I had originally intended to move it myself but on the day of the move I asked the crew if they could take it. They said sure, they would wrap it carefully in blankets and make sure it was well protected. During the move in on the 17th the crew asked me to check in the bedroom If they had set it up properly. They had placed the TV on a much smaller chest and I told them it was the right idea but the wrong chest, the larger chest was still on the truck. They said they would take care of it. After the move was over and they had gone I went into the bedroom to check and the right chest was there but the TV was nowhere to be found I have searched both the new house and the old house several times But no TV.
I called the operations manager at All American and explained the situation. He said it was probably still in a box somewhere and I should look again.
For starters it was never in a box and it would be pretty difficult to miss a box with a 43” TV if it was. He said he would check with the moving crew. After a wek I called afgain he said he talked to the crew and they said that yes, they delivered the TV abd it should be at the new house…but it isn ‘t.
Since then I have called five times and none of my calls have been answered. I have left a message with the operations manager with my phone number but all have been ignored with no answer. It has been over a month now with no resolution in sight. Beware.

5 starsExcellent service. **** and **** contacted us 15 minutes before they arrived. Removed an old mattress, relocated another mattress and set up the new mattress. 1 starHorrible service, rude unprofessional, untrustworthy I payed this company to move me they broke my bed refused to properly compensate me , lied and said the insurance company would reach out to me it never happened I called daily kept getting the run around they would not give me their insurance carrier information they took no accountability hand zero compassion lied on me as if I had caused the damage myself thank god I had before and after pictures this conpany treated me horriblyAll American Moving, Storage And Delivery of Columbus

5 starsI was very pleased with All American Moving, Storage and Delivery. The delivery men, both were very kind and professional when they brought my kitchen cabinets and placed them in my garage as I requested. They were very careful with unloading all the boxes of cabinetsjust as though they were their own cabinets. They did a great job from in making first phone call to schedule my delivery, to the updates on how soon they would show up. Again, A Great Job! The delivery men, one who introduced himself as ***, were very kind and professional when they brought my new sofa in the house. They were very careful with it and helpful in telling me how to unwrap it and how to set it up, which I would not have known.
