              We needed a window repair. We hired this company and they came for an estimate. After the estimate there was plenty of delays and no communication from the company of when parts would be in. It took several phone calls to figure out when they would be out. After paying for parts we did not hear from them for some time and finally called them and they said they could schedule us after a back and forth. We scheduled a time for them to come out and confirmed they would come from 1pm-3pm as that is the only time we have available. They confirmed and took one of our numbers down. The day before the appointment they called the wrong number and stated that their system was purged and hence calling original number as details lost. We again confirmed that they should call my wife’s number and the time of the service. They confirmed they would call her before the technician was coming out. Day of service they show up two hours early and did not call my wife to give a heads up. When I called them asking why they came two hours early they acted as they were offended and stated that our previous agreed upon time never occurred but would send someone out between 3-5pm. They still had not showed around 5pm and I called, spoke with the owner, and stated to him and via voicemail that I would want a refund for parts if the job was not done today as this was getting ridiculous and we had already dealt with significant delays. They said someone was coming. When someone did show up he gave us a used zip locked bag of obviously used parts as they were yellow and bent and rusted. He said here are the parts and I am not installing anything as you were rude to my staff. Apparently this was one of the owners. He also said he refunded us our money but we have still yet to get a refund. I at no time cussed or said anything inappropriate to the staff. The lack of professionalism and incompetence is appalling. I have still yet to get a refund for this.

              I contacted them to put new rollers on my patio sliding door .They sent a man out on 7-1-2022 he took the door apart took the roller off then he put door back on without roller.He said he needed it to match up to a new one and I would receive and estimate by 7-5-2022 and he would be back on 7-6-2022 On the day they were to arrive I received an email from ******* at there company canceling the appointment say they would need to get from there parts person on 7-11-2022 I contacted them ******* said still waiting to get part I ask her to find out the eta and send me a email (she did not follow through)7/17/2022 called and talked to ******* again ask where is roller she put me on hold then came back with this same answer we dont know .WOW At this point in ask here to just return roller and I received it back in a couple hours .I got on line and found it in less then 10 minutes Beware these people dont care and ******* should not be allowed to Deal with customers

              We were contacted by **************, who was having problems with his patio door. Our technician found that the roller wheels were wore out. He did take the old ones off so we could match them with a new set. Normally our part suppliers have almost all our needed parts in stock but with hundreds of different manufacturers they sometimes don't have every part. We had already scheduled an install with him for 7/5/22 based on the idea that our supplier had the part. But we had to cancel the appointment when the supplier said he had to order it from the manufacturer. This would normally take up to 2 weeks or longer. ************** ask for a ETA and we were waiting to hear from the supplier when the parts would be in. ************** did a search on Amazon and found a part similar to what he needed. We do not normally buy parts from Amazon as we can't guarantee and warrant the parts as suitable replacement, we buy from our certified dealers and sometimes it might take a bit longer to get them in stock. Any of our customers are free to order and install parts from anyone they wish. At his request we returned the old parts to him the afternoon he requested them.
