Mr. Benson & his expertise allowed me to not only survive, but subsequently thrive through bankruptcy. He removed all the fear & onus involved in the bankruptcy process & after all was said & done…set me on a course for success that I owe directly to him & his skills & finesse as an attorney. I continue to recommend him to friends & family alike…even for issues outside of bankruptcy. It was refreshing to work with an attorney I liked & trusted right from start. Cannot sing his praises enough!

I filed for bankruptcy with law firm, and they failed to help me with anything, I didn't have money up front so I agreed to pay them bi weekly from my checking account, my house was in foreclosure and my car was repossessed, I was able to resolve my own issues their help, I would like at least half of my money back they never heled me resolve my issue,Benson Law Firm

We are sorry you decided not to go through with filing bankruptcy but this is the first we are hearing you are asking for a small refund. Of course, we are happy to give you the funds requested. Just let us know where to send the check. As you know, we were unable to file the case because we had not received all the documents the courts require us to have prior to filing. Moreover, we had not yet received full payment even though we had offered a very generous plan.
