      I order parts that were on back order. I continued to follow up on the orders and after time had passed I opened a case with the company that asked for my address so that a refund check could be issued. I still have not received a refund and it has been over a month. Attachments show the order as well as the case where my mailing address was asked for to mail out the refund. All phone numbers to to a voice mail that is never returned.

      Per phone call from customer 4/22/24 2:57PM EDT he has received his refund and this complaint has been resolved.

      Order number ******* placed on Thursday May 18, 2023 with ApplianceParts365.com Washer timer for Whirlpool part # ********* ****** + shipping $6.90 + tax (Ohio) $6.13 = total $91.64. I never received the part and messaged them numerous times. I checked the online status but always received an error message. In September of 2023 I called and spoke to the billing department and was told I would receive a refund in 3 months. Still no refund as of February 2024.

      Ordered part on June 4,2023. Order no.*******. Item back ordered. 11/7/2023 email ticket no.***** cancelled order response that order would be cancelled with address confirmation in case refund paid with paper check. 11/9/2023 emailed address. Emailed on same ticket number on 11/14/2023 that have not seen refund. 12/1/2023 email ticket no.***** giving information above and that have not received refund. Got a response saying it would be looked into. Called 12/12/23 left message saying needed to talk to someone that refund has not been received. Have not had call back. Called again on 12/27/2023 left message with again no call back.

       I received an email from the said business on January 8th 2024 saying that a check will be mailed. It is now January 17th. I have not received said check so I cannot say that my complaint has been resolved at this time.

      12/18/2023 I order a LED light for a Whirlpool ref the item said in stock filled all information out correctly and payment information. The money was removed from my account but nothing sent back to me email on the order. On 12/20/23 I sent email to the company and they said that they couldn't find the order then replied that my email was incorrect. They said that the order was found No# ****** I then emailed them back if the order was in process or shipped with no reply. I then became suspicious if the company was a scam by checking BBB review site a lot of complaints delays dragging orders along so an email was sent to cancel the order and refund my account.

      On June 3, 2023 I order a ***** Dishwasher Control Panel from ApplianceParts365.com. I was charged $130.65 for this part on my credit card. I received an email saying the part had been backordered. On October 1, 2023 I asked via email to cancel the order if they still didn't have the part. I then sent two more emails (10/15/23 and 11/7/23) requesting a refund. Today is 12/17, more than six months after I ordered the part, and still have not received a refund.

      On June 3, 2023 I ordered a panel for my dishwasher from this company for $130.65. They immediately charged my credit card. The next day I received an email saying that the panel was on back order. On October 1, 2023 I asked about cancelling the order. I wrote to them again on October 15 and November 7 asking them to cancel the order and refund my money. In January I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Shortly after that, I received a call from "John" from the company who wanted to confirm my address so they could send me a check. After a couple of weeks when I hadn't received the check, I called John back and he said "the check is in the mail". It is now almost March and I still haven't received a check.

      purchased a refrigerator part in May 2023 and was informed it was on back order even though every time I checked they showed it to be in stock on their website. after multiple emails from April to October, I was finally informed that the order was canceled and they would get accounting to refund the money. Now December 2023 and they won't even respond to emails and if you call their phone number it just picks up and asks you to leave a voicemail.

      Ordered replacement part for for my stove on 11/12/2023. Incorrect part arrived on 11/20/2023. An RMA was created via their website on 11/20/2023. No other information has been sent to me. I have emailed them, called them, and updated the RMA on their website - all with no response from them.

      I only JUST NOW received a message from the company on where to send the return.  Only thanks to your intervention.  They never sent me a message 20 days ago!  They never tried to resolve.  They never updated their own web messaging system.  I have sent the part back under the following FedEx tracking number: ************, at a cost of $40 I have to pay...due to THEM sending the incorrect part!

      I ordered a sensor for my ***** dryer. It came in a clear, plastic package. It was obvious that the part was incorrect. I contacted the company and received an RMA (*****) with instruction on how to send back. The plastic wrapping was not opened. I followed the instructions and paid for return shipping. I received an email confirming that the package was received on their end and that it might take as long as 2 weeks to receive a credit (less re-stocking fee). Two weeks have come and gone but I have not received a credit. Yesterday I received an email in response to one I sent and was told that the credit would would be processed the same day. Still no credit.
