"I been living at one of Ben’s properties and I can tell you this he’s a scam he does not fix nothing. I been living here for three years now and my furnace went out when I first moved in back in He did not fix it he just put in baseboard heaters that were not given me heat I have high ceiling and it been freezing since then I been dealing with this since this year I been calling three one one since I live here He just don’t want to spend no money he just want to get drunk and worry about him and let his tenants lose control of the MH, especially if you black and a women ." ...
