            9/19/2022 I had an MRI at this company. They required immediate payment which I made on my credit card. Subsequent I turned in the claim to my insurance company Anthem and the approved the claim and the paid Affordable Imaging as well. So they have been paid twice. Anthem paid them 12/20.2022. I have been trying to get a refund of my payment for over a month. Spoke to ****** and he said "the owner would send me a refund" but he didnt know when. I received nothing. I contacted ****** again and he sent me an email and said he would sent another request to the owner. Again nothing received from the owner.

            I have to say that I am very skeptical. I am not sure why a medical office would do testing and assume the patient should believe the results report without having someone else they trust look at the imaging. Yes, everyone was extremely nice during the visit and test, but I want my images. I took the disc they gave me to two different healthcare providers, Premier and *********, and no one can open it, even if they do follow the instructions on the back of the envelope. I'm sorry, I can't just believe the report from a medical professional I do not know. Insurance denied my claim for an MRI and that is the only reason I was there. I called to find out if there is a better way to get the images and Matt stated he would send my images to *********. No ********* I have called has my images. Did a follow-up call yesterday to find out about the images and was told Matt would call me back. I have yet to hear from him. To me, there will always be something shady in a medical professional not following through and making sure the patient/customer have what they need and their fears are dissolved regarding test results. There are many good reviews. However, I am starting to believe I should have heeded the review with one star that spoke about poor images. I strongly believe that is what this is. There is no way that I am in this much pain and my MRI images are astronomical. I'm going to the ER because this was a waste of time and money.
