We bought our home early 2022. We had a nice lawn and wanted to keep it that way. After looking around and calling several places we chose Weedman for multiple reasons. They are a local company being the main reason. Supporting small business is important to us. The representative I spoke with assured me they were the right company to go with. Sadly that took no time to disprove. We payed the full year up front (because of savings and expectations) $568.25 on 5/19/22 the first treatment was completed on 6/10/22. Our yard had big burn marks in the lawn, I contacted customer service and received email on 6/21/22 stating they would send out a supervisor or sr tech due to the appearance of my lawn. Those dates are important as we move forward with Weedman lawn care. Every time someone come to my home they would blame another employee and promise to make the yard better. Throughout the summer I housed 2 additional dogs and advised them verbally to several employees to notify me they were going to be at my home for their safety due to the dogs. I was not notified that someone would be out and the employee took it upon himself to go into my back yard which is gated at his own risk. The said employee was not harmed but the possibility of that was high due to the dogs. I notified the supervisor I would have to have notification as I did not want to be liable for his employees being harmed. No further issue with them coming into the gated yard without notification. Again, every time the employees come to do work I repeatedly made the initial complaint and showed every employee the damage caused by the over fertilization. Dates when service was completed on my lawn were 7/11 - 8/19 - 9/21 - 10/28 - 11/2. They did send someone out to aerate and reseed which did not work on 11/2/22. At this point I was done with them. My lawn never got better! I wrote it off as a loss and I’d find another company to do the repairs at my cost even though the damage was done by Weedman lawn.
