    Lena is rude, unprofessional, and unclean. Lena doesn't provide the best quality and her and her "sister" staff does not have great customer service. Lena has done my hair 2 times and each time I paid $180 for small knotless braids, and please note that anyone that knows me can tell you that my hair has always been long and thick. This 3rd time I paid $180 for small knotless braids, and she did not do them correctly. My parts were horrible, they were too big and the hairstyle was not as full as last 2 times that I came to her. When I explained that I wanted her to correctly part my hair and redo the braids, she became combative and argumentative. This is when I knew she had deliberately did this to me and scammed me out of $180. I remained calm and polite and explained to her that what she had done was incorrect. Lena proceeded to show me pictures of the knotless sizes and stated that the size I wanted which was small was $220 and that my hair was too thick. I told her that had she mentioned this to me prior to doing my hair I would have gladly paid that amount, but this was not what was agreed too and that my hair has always been thick and this wasn't an issue until now. Long story short- I made her correct her mistake without having to pay anything additional, because what she done is an example of Daylight Robbery. On top of this I watched her blow dry a little girl's hair with a blow dryer that was sitting on a dirty floor, and she hadn't cleaned the blow-dryer. Ladies please DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to this woman- her and her sister/assistant is rude, she was so mad that I did not pay her for her correcting her mistake- they clearly insulted me in their language (Wolof) I understood every word (my ex is from Senegal so you learn a thing or two) anyway tread carefully. Lena is a horrible person.
