    I lived here for 5 years, starting right after Newberry opened. Except for a 3 month temporary tenant in town to shoot a movie, I was the first resident to live in my unit. I only moved away because I got married and we are expecting our first child (so, like chumps, we bought a house and moved to the suburbs... Hahaha!). Otherwise, I would have never left. Mike and Emily are the best property managers I've ever had, hands down. And I've lived in 14 different apartments all over the country over the years. I rented the Rhine Loft floorplan. The apartment itself was fantastic; Plenty of room and the amenities were great (fiber internet, washer/dryer, bonus room for an office, ******* bathroom, good water pressure, perfect-sized kitchen for a single guy who loves to cook) and the community amenities were fantastic too. Not to mention the price and location! You won't find better for the money anywhere in downtown Cincinnati. And you'll never find better management. Period. Really nice, diverse community as well. Mike and Emily put together several community events throughout the year to give you a chance to meet your neighbors. My favorite of which is the group rate they get for the Reds' Opening Day tickets and the pregame party to watch the parade from the rooftop of their sister-property on 4th and Race called The Reserve. There are a wide range of ages, backgrounds, cultures, etc. who live at Newberry. Lots of furry friends too! Pets are allowed (with pet rent and deposit like everywhere else but it is very reasonable). I had two cats and Mike often brings his beautiful pup to the office. Great community spaces too! A well appointed workout facility on the 2nd floor, a reservable community room with a small kitchen, shuffleboard table, tv, etc., and an awesome "rooftop" patio with an electric grill and plenty of seating. Great place to entertain some friends or just hang out.
