cleanup my yard, there are paint chip all over the yard, I have called also a rep came out, but nothing has been done, I just want my yard cleaned up, I HAVE PAID FOR THIS, IT IS IN THE CONTRACT

We do apologize for the oversight.  Cleanup kept getting delegated downstream until it reached somebody who obviously didn't share our urgency.  We have a technician on his way over to take care of things.  That's not the way we want to do business.

After I started to put my kitchen back together after they left I realized the company used poor quality materials and provided poor quality workmanship. I took pictures of the work and when I contacted them to try and rectify the issue the sales person ***** ******* called me a liar and threatened that he was going to believe his painters over me. The entire kitchen would have to be repainted so I need a refund so that I can contract with another company.

    Business Response

    Date: 02/28/2023

*** ***** contracted with us to paint his kitchen, the cabinets and a bathroom.  He was consulted on the materials and advised our salesman that he preferred to save the money associated with our recommended products and selected the materials as provided on the contract, against the advice of our salesman.  I have attached copies of the contract and of the materials invoices for his project.

His cabinets are very old, and had been previously painted with a latex product that was failing.  We sanded, spot primed and painted as contracted.  Our contract specifically states that we would do our best with the underlying surfaces,  but that the wear of age would not be completely eliminated.

We do promise to return to do valid touch-ups, which we will be glad to do.  There is nothing in the pictures provided that can't be easily remedied in an hour or two.  What can not be remedied is the materials used on his cabinets, which he selected to save money.

Regardless, we  painted the bathroom, the kitchen walls, the cabinets as contracted.  We stand ready to do touch-ups, so we don't feel that any sort of refund is warranted.

We do not intend to get into a he-said, she-said argument.  Our salesman is a 12 year veteran, and would never recommend the materials *** ***** selected as anything but a low budget solution.
