    I have called from the first winter after they installed our wondows and siding , with wondows that leak air, mold and have been told someone will come out, no one shows up, called with wind damage and was given the run around for over a month. Finally got someone else to do the job. Talked to the owner twice and he was very rude and argumentive. Was told to get someone else to do the job.. Would not recomend them to do a dog house.

    In regards to the review above, I first want to apologize that your experience with us wasn't as you felt it should have been. I can assure you that here at Canton Aluminum, our customers and their experiences are our number one priority. To address your first issue, our records indicate that we were out and completed 4 separate services for you throughout the years. 6/12/2008, 11/17/2011, 5/12/2014 and 4/10/2015. All which were addressed, completed with no further action required. On March 27, 2023 you called for some wind damage to the siding we installed for you in 2004. At this time, we informed you we had received an enormous amount of calls for issues such as this due to the storm that blew through, but would do our best to get someone out there as soon as possible. These calls were given to our service and salesmen as open leads to review and see how we could help each customer. We did inform you of this at the time of your call. Our salesmen was out in April and took photos of the area of damage. Again, your call was within that of many others who were dealing with the same issue and as a team, we are doing our best to get to each situation in a timely manner. Unfortunately, before our salesmen could get the quote worked up for you, you made a call to our office and spoke in an inappropriate manner to our employee on the other end of the phone. Regardless of how that call went, our salesmen still called to speak with you regarding the damage. During that call with him , you also were extremely angry and aggressive towards him as well. We still were going to squeeze your work in, because again, we want all of our customers to be happy and satisfied, however when I spoke with your husband on the phone today, he told me the problem was taken care of and to not call again. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience you feel this has caused you, and would like all of our past and future customers to always know we take every service and job very seriously, and try our best to get to everything that comes our way in a timely manner. Thank you.
