    Saturday night around 10:10pm I call Benjamin transportation for a ride Sunday he ask me when do I need pick up I told him I need pick up at 7am he told me that I can't get picked up at 7am he told me I can pick you up at 6:50am I left my job early one time but I told him on the phone and another employee that I cannot leave my job 10 minutes early every time I need a ride back home after work he got smart nasty cussing at me and hanged up the phone on me when I try to call back he kept pushing the reject this is unprofessional of the company to treat customer like this it's not fair that they want to cut my hours Short at my job.. and none of the thing is every time I make arrangement for ride they always late and not picking me up on time on Easter day was supposed to call me back never did I had to walk home from my work back home it took me two hours company shouldn't be treated people like this

    On 1/17/23 I requested a ride from Benjamin Transportation to ****** **** in North Canton, Ohio. ********, my driver, was very pleasant and helpful when I needed to use my cane to get into the vehicle. The door to the back seat would not slide and driver said it was broken. Before we left my home, I paid $19.00 although I debate that the driver had to wait on me changing my quoted amount of $12 to $16 plus three dollars tip. Even though he was new he was good. He offered to give me a receipt and sent it to me via text.

    When I called for transportation from ****** **** in North Canton, I told Benjamin Transportation I would need to go to *** on Tuscarawas Street in Canton, OH . I was quoted $50 and gave a $4 tip. A client should only be required to give a tip after the ride is completed. He barely said hello and didn't give me his name. He took off. I needed help with my seat belt. He said I would have to use the left seat belt because something was wrong with the right. It looked like there was no buckle for my side. This is definitely a safety issue.
    He drove way too fast for safety. He used terrible swearing (f******* and mf******) because there were people in the road instead of the sidewalk. I told him his swearing was terrible. He halfway apologized but then said he had to swear if people were in the road instead of the sidewalk! He didn't ask me if I wanted a receipt and gave me none. It is not right that a client feels they have to give a tip before the ride. Otherwise, I wouldn't have given a tip, for which he didn't even say thank you!

    I like Benjamin Transportation because they are flexible and on time. I have used them more than several times and have been pleased. It is a good thing I had prior experience with them or I might not have used them again because I wouldn't know that one horrible driver was the minority.

    I tried making a complaint through their complaint link with no success. Thank you for your efforts!

    Hello, I am unsure if our dispatcher was unable to refund this for the same issue I am having.  I attempted to refund this again and received an error message which I have included in the response.  I would advise to dispute the transaction with your bank and I can accept the disputed transaction when I receive the notification.  Also, the driver in question is no longer employed at our location.  I apologize for any inconvenience .  Thank you for choosing Benjamin Transportation!
