    Quick, efficient, professional, friendly people. Glad they were available to help with our clean up. I would use them again however I hope I don’t have to.

    I was scheduled right away to repair water damage. The technicians were quick, though, tidy, and informative. They checked everything one more time before taking the fans and dehumidifier after it was dry and called to check how everything went. Definite recommend.

    Marcus and his team were at our house and did a wonderful job, they were all very respectful of our property, professional, caring and did an excellent job. The team kept us informed about every step they were taking and what expectations we should have. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

    I would not recommend using this company. They use deceiving billing practices to get more money from the insurance companies and takes advantage of it’s customers in a very stressful time. CWFR were overcharging our water clean up job by roughly $3,500 and making this process so much harder for us to help get it paid and resolved with the insurance company. I took lots of time out of my workday to work on the resolution and lost money from my business not working. We were on CWFR’s side and kept pushing to get the insurance company to do the right thing and pay their invoice because we believed that their team was being truthful on our invoice. That changed when we saw the insurance companies 3rd party quote and then we sent out CWFR invoice to another company for our own review it was obvious that CWFR was overcharging and implementing inaccurate/deceiving billing. We feel like we were taken advantage of so they could charge more money on this job. As the process was still under review and discussions were still happening with the insurance company CWFR billing team then informed us that they were going to put a lien on our home if the invoice wasn’t paid in 45 days. What an awful way of doing business! It was a very stressful situation and that made it worse. We got a fraction of the funds that we need to get the repairs done in our home and we fought for CWFR to get paid and now we are going to shoulder a large burden of the repair costs in our home. We are extremely disappointed in CFWR for taking advantage of us in an extremely stressful time when we were doing everything we could to get our home cleaned up quickly and repaired safely for our family.

    This company is not a good company. They were called out to my house by a plumber and came to my house to assess the situation and take pictures to file the claim through my insurance company. I had told the employee that I was still unsure what the insurance was covering and that I didn’t want them to do anything besides take pictures and stuff for the claim and I would let them know once the insurance tells me what they will cover. They arrived at my house around 7:30 pm and I texted the project manager TJ at 9:30 pm the same evening telling him insurance was not covering it and to stop any sort of work that they were planning on doing. They laid plastic down on two stair cases and brown paper in my kitchen and then chose to set up a dehumidifier against what I told them and are now trying to charge me over $2900. They refuse to listen to the fact that the charges are false even though I have the communication records and are now sending threatening emails to put a lien on my house unless I pay. This company is horrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Our team has been attempting to reach you numerous times to go over the invoice without success. We are by no means trying to charge for work we did not do, and if there are items on the invoice that are a mistake then we would like to get them removed so this can be resolved as soon as possible. Part of our collections process is placing liens which unfortunately happens when we are unable to make contact and come to a reasonable agreement.
