The Badger company has an excellent working relationship with insurance companies which helped me navigate the process. I look forward to completing the process with REMOVEDand REMOVED. 5 starsI had a sewage backup that required mitigation & restoration of the damaged areas. Insurance claims and obtaining necessary equipment was handled professionally and in a timely manner. Everything was explained to me in easy to understand language. Patience & diligence was much appreciated. Everyone was helpful and would recommend Badger to others if needed!! 5 starsWell I currently rent a duplex and due to the negligence of the owner hiring a non-certified plumber we had a massive water leak. The plumber suggested Badger. While the plumber was still there REMOVEDshowed up and got the ball rolling. After she made her determination and left REMOVEDand REMOVEDshowed up and got the ball rolling. Not only did they work diligently to fix our issue but they also uncovered a previous mold issue. All mold was treated/remediated. Now we are at the point where we can reconstruct the damage. Unfortunately Badger cant stay on the job (it wasnt their choice nor mine) I really appreciated The commitment and communication from REMOVED. I only wish he was going to finish what he started (and so does he) Also, a shout out to REMOVEDfor his smile and his sympathy for our situation. Hes awesome.Review fromDave M

5 starsREMOVEDand REMOVEDwere very timely with assessing damage and setting up appointment to begin water damage mitigation activities. REMOVEDand REMOVEDwere very professional and took care when performing the mitigation activities. They took time to ensure no additional damage to property occurred and left detail instructions on how the process would go the next couple of days. Even after they had left, REMOVEDsent a text to make sure I was aware of something that he had forgotten to let me know. Despite the reason behind needing to interact with Badger (water damage) I am very pleased with the experience and would be more than happy to recommend them to others I know who are in need of their services.Review fromLinda P

5 starsI would give them more than 5 stars if I could. This is a veteran owned company with knowledgeable, helpful personnel. I called at 5:00 PM about water in our basement and REMOVEDwas at our house by 6:00 that evening to check it out.If you need any kind of restoration work done these are the guys to call. 5 starsBadger Restoration did a fabulous job putting my finished walk out basement back together after I experienced a water heater catastrophe. They were very meticulous. They cleaned up when they were done, and left my basement cleaner than when they came. I just love my new flooring and repaired and freshly painted walls.Badger Restoration and Roofing, LLC.

5 starsWhen I spoke with REMOVEDand explained the situation that we were in regarding estimates on our recent storm damage, instead of hanging up the phone and not wanting to listen, he allowed me to share that I felt our adjusters' measurements were not right. He asked me if an EagleView Report was done and I explained that I didn't know what that was. He went into great detail to explain to me that this would measure my entire home. He went on to explain that we could have an independent appraiser come out and assess our damage. He took a lot of time to explain this whole process with me.
