    I highly recommend Tim and Buckeye Home Solutions. My wife and I owned a home in Elyria, Ohio but were living in South Dakota. Having owned the home for 24 years and having been out of state for the past 6 left the home in need of some repairs and some basic sprucing up. We began doing that while still working our full time jobs. The task became overwhelming. Enter Tim to save the day and my wife's sanity. Together, Tim and we put together a deal that we both thought was fair. From offer to close took about 30 days (longer than it would have but for some delays caused by me but still very quick). Tim made the whole process painless. He and his team are to be commended. When we needed more time in the house due to some family circumstances, he was very accommodating. I would recommend him to anyone anytime and will given the opportunity.
