Great experience! Had a realtor list my property, that was a nightmare. If you are good with showing your own property you don't need to waste your money hiring a realtor to do what you can do for less than $400.00. Make sure you get the "showtime" add on for less that 50 bucks. It's how realtors are use to booking a showing with you. Pay 2% not 3% commission to the realtor who brings a buyer. That's still thousands in their pocket if they come thru and it worked great for me. I would use **** and his team again without hesitation and you should too!Ohio Property Group LLC

I highly recommend Ohio Property Group LLC. I first started as For Sale By Owner and quickly realized that without an MLS number, I had very little publicity. Within a day of signing up with OHP I was up on all of the MLS listing sites. They were very responsive anytime I had an update such as publishing Open House dates. If needed, I can contract with OHP for additional closing help.Ohio Property Group LLC

Glen and his team were wonderful! We purchased the Platinum Service and the value it gave us was outstanding. Communication, followup, guidance and seller advocacy were all handled quickly and competently from pre-listing through post closing. This was our second experience selling with a flat fee agency and while we purchased a higher service option, Glen and his team provided far more service and support than our previous agency, and far more than we expected. If you can handle gathering information about your home - room measurements etc, uploading photos, writing a description of your home and approving showing times on an app, you have found your listing agent!Ohio Property Group LLC

All I can ask... why doesn't everyone use this company?? Worth the up front fee.. to have the knowledge of realtors. It was so easy!!! I highly recommend this company to sell it buy your home!! Glen and his team made the whole process of selling our home streamlined and cost effective. His platinum package was worth the cost as they took care of everything for us and we saved tens of thousands on traditional fees. It was helpful to take Glen’s advice and guidance, he is very experienced and got us out of a couple of interpersonal snags with the buyers agent. If you are comfortable with remote work then I definitely recommend OPG and their amazing value.Ohio Property Group LLC
