5 starsNote - this is real and not a paid endorsement When it comes to selling a home smoothly, working with the entire team at Ohio Property Group is an experience everyone should have. It was smooth, flawless, and if you follow their coaching, your headaches and worries will go away. A key lesson: don't give your money to someone who just puts a sign in the yard, records it on MLS, and shows up at closing to take the check. This team provides coaching, researching and more coaching to take your worries away. It was done right. I will never sell real estate again without leveraging Ohio Property Group. 5 starsThis business is amazing. I highly recommend the platinum package. They guide you through every step of the process and are quick to respond to questions. I have sold two houses with them, saving $60,000+ in realtor fees. Used the knowledge gained from that experience to purchase a home out of state without a buyer realtor fee. Using Ohio Property Group is very similar to the old method of selling a property with much more money left in your pocket. We saved almost $7500 by using them. Teaming with them was easy. 5 starsOhio Property Group LLC made the listing process easy and our home was under contract within a week. I'm very impressed with the staff as they are quick to respond to any question I had along the way. The videos on their site are short and easy to follow and give you all the information you need but, again, if you have any questions you only need to reach out to them for help. I sold real estate for many years so I chose the Silver program but if a seller needs more assistance to guide them through the process there are two other programs available at reasonable costs. 5 starsExcellent service and experience! We were able to sell our house with help from REMOVED(aka REMOVED) in about 10 days! The company provided full, timely, responsive and competent service and communications (through email, text, phone call and app etc.) for a fee around $1K (compared to traditional seller's agent realtor fees of 3% which would amount to $12K) through the best (aka platinum) package which they offer. Compared to a traditional realtor/agent, they offer help for every aspect (particularly for any documentation involved including offers, contracts, etc.) of the marketing and selling process with the exception of having photos taken, attending the holding open houses or setting up the access for showings. Showings are managed through an app which makes the scheduling very convenient and effortless. For someone who can manage these aspects of marketing and selling, this is simply the commonsense solution with significant monetary reward.Ohio Property Group LLC
