5 stars**** and his fantastic team made my first and only "For Sale By Owner" experience smoother than I could have ever imagined. From ****** initial review of my needs to the crew's help with getting my MLS listing up and looking awesome to the very end, with them forwarding interested buyer's information to me and then offering me stategies for handling multiple offers...I couldn't be happier with the outcome!****** ******* videos and advise guided me into short and sweet packed open houses which led to a quick closing over our asking price after only one weekend of showings. A big thank you and shout out to **** and the team at Ohio Property Group!

5 starsThis business is amazing. I highly recommend the platinum package. They guide you through every step of the process and are quick to respond to questions. I have sold two houses with them, saving $60,000+ in realtor fees. Used the knowledge gained from that experience to purchase a home out of state without a buyer realtor fee. Using Ohio Property Group is very similar to the old method of selling a property with much more money left in your pocket. We saved almost $7500 by using them. Teaming with them was easy. 5 starsOhio Property Group LLC made the listing process easy and our home was under contract within a week. I'm very impressed with the staff as they are quick to respond to any question I had along the way. The videos on their site are short and easy to follow and give you all the information you need but, again, if you have any questions you only need to reach out to them for help. I sold real estate for many years so I chose the Silver program but if a seller needs more assistance to guide them through the process there are two other programs available at reasonable costs. 5 starsExcellent service and experience! We were able to sell our house with help from **************** (aka ******************) in about 10 days! The company provided full, timely, responsive and competent service and communications (through email, text, phone call and app etc.) for a fee around $1K (compared to traditional seller's agent realtor fees of 3% which would amount to $12K) through the best (aka platinum) package which they offer. Compared to a traditional realtor/agent, they offer help for every aspect (particularly for any documentation involved including offers, contracts, etc.) of the marketing and selling process with the exception of having photos taken, attending the holding open houses or setting up the access for showings. Showings are managed through an app which makes the scheduling very convenient and effortless. For someone who can manage these aspects of marketing and selling, this is simply the commonsense solution with significant monetary reward.Ohio Property Group LLC

5 starsI am not sure where to begin. **** and his team are second to none. We saved over $40,264.00 dollars by contracting with Ohio Property Group. And sold the house after only one showing.They were so easy to work with and coached us thru the whole process. It came down to commission in the end and **** drove us right thru that storm. Our home was high end and the commission was going to eat us up. We went the "sell by owner" route . Eventually we signed with Ohio Property Group. We got a great feeling about his team after several interactions. (I am a highly suspicious person) We went with it and are we ever glad we did. The wealth of knowledge that this team possesses is incredible. And they know a lot about the industry. **** has written books on the topic. Highly valuable when selling something you have put so much into. The team made this so easy.If you want to get the most for your home, as you should, this team is the team to get you thru.I am so glad that I used Ohio Property Group.
