      This company has terrible customer service. They overcharged me $110 but now refuse to address my request for a refund. I spoke with their customer service agent on two different occasions this month: Each time she acknowledged that I was overcharged and stated that she had requested a refund for me. but the company has never sent it and does not respond to my calls or emails.

      Several years ago I left a negative review for Byram Healthcare. My experience with them up to that time was consistently terrible--Everything from shipping errors, poor customer service, billing errors, etc. There are very few major suppliers of this type in the durable medical supplies industry, so at the time I felt that my only options were bad, lousy, or worse.I think Byram deserves an updated review now. At some point a few years ago, they completely turned things around. Shipping accuracy has been consistently good for years now, customer service has been excellent, and no billing issues. A few weeks ago they made a clerical error on one or my orders (the first such issue in years) which then led to a second issue that resulted in me needing to get a replacement for some items a few days after the deadline to report an order error. I was prepared to escalate the issue if needed, but it ended up not being necessary. The reason for my delay contacting them with the error was legitimate, and they listened to my explanation of the situation. They ended up making things right without giving any pushback or having to escalate to a manager.All of this is a complete turnaround from the Byram Healthcare that I dealt with many years ago. I thought it was worth acknowledging the changes made and letting them know that these improvements have not gone unnoticed. It's pretty remarkable to see a company of this size make such a major positive turnaround. I will definitely recommend Byram in the future.

      worst company i have ordered from....they will not let u cancel an order if u maked a mistake..tryed too 5 minutes after i ordered.....i sent them $1300 which i did not want to do, misunderstood the ordering process...well, they took the co pay, and now owe me about $700, and this was about 3 weeks ago..i call and call...i get no help on what the billing **** is doing..one person said the refund is on its way, the next time i call...it has not been issued..so i am going on 3 weeks now..and they dont want to send my money, in 3 weeks..i should have received...i cannot talk to anyone that will help me resolve this....i tryed...and i get no help on resolved this....i will never order from them again

      Messed up my orders repeatedly. Last time wanted me to pay to fix their mistakes. I took my business to *****, chat agent ******* was RUDE!

      If I could leave zero stars, I would. We rely on Byram to receive diabetes supplies. However, their "policies" create massive delays which result in us, my son and I not getting our supplies. These "policies" are not in keeping with my health insurance and seem to exist purely to delay sending critical supplies to individuals with a lifelong disease. Our diabetes is not going to magically heal and my insurance has confirmed that it does not require the documentation that Byram requests in order to cover the prescription. This tactic is baffling to me. This company should NOT be trusted to supply such critical supplies. My son does not have his supplies now. So I am going without to make sure he has what he needs. My own last order of supplies were delayed THREE MONTHS due to horrible organization and delays from the company (and I will be writing a formal complaint regarding that ordeal. This company can do better, and should seriously consider revisiting how they handle distribution of diabetic supplies.

      So far my experience is poor. My last order I spoke with someone with poor English skills, and ended up receiving things I did not want. They were not worth returning so I kept them. My PCP called to say Byram had contacted them. Its my surgeon who needs to be contacted. I called today(5/23) and spent almost 3 hours on hold in order to straighten it out. I was unsuccessful. I hung up at 7:07 pm.

      I have been with the company on and off since 2012.I am being treated at a wound care facility. I don't know what happened to byram. They used to be good. Now they cancel orders with know explanation. When I call to find out why very few of their awful customer service **** can give me any answers. A lot of them are very rude and sometimes even hang up on you.I am so frustrated right now and don't know what I'm supposed to ***** on a very limited disability pay every month. I'm having to reuse guaze to cover my wounds if they are not soiled. I finally get someone nice on the phone and she replaced my last order that was canceled and I was so happy. Well,got my order today.They only sent me surgical tape. Also on the statement it seems they have billed my insurance for the whole order which is about 6-7 items.

      It was great for a while and they even had issues with my insurance for a couple months yet still sent me what I needed while a bill was stacking. I got that worked out, but now the representative was telling me I owed more than my account was saying I did on their website as though those employees were trying to overcharge me for products I didn't receive. we were on the phone for a good hour and couldn't work it out.

      Would not recommend this company. Waiting on ostomy bags after waiting for 3 weeks. It's not like something I can go without. First fax was to a ** I have never heard of. 2 attempt they didn't clarify the need to change prescription to increase to 3. Help is not very helpful. Agents don't speak English very well.

      I recently ordered a few items for wound management while at an appointment with my wound care specialist and MidState Wound in **********. I ordered three boxes Dermarite Comfort Foam and three individual packages of Dermarite Calcium Alginate wound dressing.Byram Billed $971.34 for this!!!I found the same items ion Amazon for $**************** paid Byram $372.72, and adjusted $505.44 leaving me to pay $93.18.Despite saving $20 vs buying from ******, I am compelled to write a review because between the Insurance payment and my payment, these total $465.90 or a whopping 409% of the ****** retail price - which we all know is inflated to start.
